I am a life-long resident of Clallam County. I am happy and proud to have been born and raised in Port Angeles. I started kindergarten at Lincoln School in Port Angeles, now a museum, and I graduated from Port Angeles High School in 1983. My parents, as well as other family members and many good friends, still live in Port Angeles.
However, I moved to Sequim over twenty years ago to work and I really enjoy living and working on the Olympic Peninsula. I met my wife, Anna, in 2000 and together we have raised four great kids and we now have three adorable grandchildren to spoil. My dad has been self-employed his whole life and he has always encouraged me to become a business owner.

I never really never knew how to work the heat pump. Now I do. Ethan was so patient in teaching me how to make what was so complicated really simple!
I wasn't at all impressed with the heat pump that came with my house but it's amazing! Now that Ethan set it up correctly. Now all I ever have to do is set the mode to whatever or just turn the thing off.
This was a call for maintenance and turned into heat pump school. Gonna save me a bunch of money this winter because I won't need to augment with those very expensive baseboards.

When our furnace quit, billmairheating.com made it super-easy to set up an appointment. Anna confirmed the timing, and Bill was on our doorstep the next morning.
First, the Human aspect... Anna & Bill could not be nicer! Both are very professional, but the interactions made it feel like we're old friends. Second, the Technical side... We're confident that we have an HVAC expert for life. Bill quickly diagnosed our issue, had the replacement part on hand, and simply made the entire experience a positive one!

Our first appointment was truly a pleasure. We just purchased a 15-year-old home and a technician came out to perform annual maintenance, check for any obvious issues, and educate us on the proper operation of our heat pump. He was personable, patient, and right on time, and he answered all of our many questions easily.
Mid-appointment, Bill popped by personally to introduce himself and welcome us to the neighborhood. And his wife Anna was the one who booked our appointment for us over the phone (and even scheduled it for Labor Day so we wouldn't have to wait any longer than necessary).
