Terrible excuse of a business. The building is dingy and dirty. Several signs for requiring a mask are posted on doors and screens and not a single person is wearing one. Some of the signs threaten with kicking you out if not wearing a mask. One of the employees was commenting about recovering from the virus!?!?!? You would think enforcing the postings about masks would be done especially if your employees have been subject to the virus. The staff is very rude, the lot looks more like a muddy scrapyard. Damage was done to my vehicle and they claim it was already there. While waiting in line you

Predatory practices by Unlimited Recovery towing, Raleigh NC
On 12/13/2021 I was doing a food delivery to a college student at 109 Park Street, in Raleigh.
I parked in a small lot near 1313 Hillsborough Street and ran the food delivery in.
I made sure that where I parked had NO VISIBLE "do not park" signs.
There were none that I could see. None in front of my car or to the side and there were no "resident only" signs visible.
I kept my car on and flashers on just in case. I knew it would take a minute or less to drop off the food delivery.

Cut off on hwy 40 by one of thier drivers who proceeded to give me the middle finger while flashing his tow lights at me once I was able to finally get around him from doing 10 under the speed limit in the far left lane. Unprofessional is an understatement. Wouldn't call these people if they were the last tow on earth. I'd walk.

They are a predatory towing service if you think this is a biased review just read all the reviews.
They tow illegally and charge your.
If your property management uses this service you should start a petition for removal of this towing company for one that is legit and doesn't do illegal towing. You can also contact 5 on your side to report this company.
If you need your car towed there are better option with better reviews.
Spend your money with people who deserve it.

My car was illegally towed from my property at Parkwood village condominiums. A very legal and visible temporary tag was in the back window of the car (it is the rainy season, October November, and the temporary tag had ripped). The customer service at the recovery lot was horrible! And when we are legally allowed to remove our personal items from the car, the shady employee at the lot tried to extort a $50 gate fee (then I was probably threatened with arrest)! I was appropriately charged $185. Tad Lowdermilk the owner, needs to be accountable. Maybe it’s Josh Russell, Head of operations, that’s

This company should be called Illegal Recovery not Unlimited Recovery. They towed my car form Van Alen Apartments on Mangum St even though the parking sticker was present and visible. The car was towed on Monday and I did not find out till Wednesday when I went to the parking lot. On Wednesday I could not get the car back even though the towing company claims they are open 24/7. They were not. Tried to get the car on Thursday there was no one to give us access to the car. Had to take off work and spend money on 4 uber trips to chase after my car that was ILLEGALLY towed. Both this company and

Would give them 0 stars if it was possible. My brothers car has now been towed from my apartment twice now for no reason once while he was on a 2 week vacation and again about a week ago while he was here watching a movie with his girlfriend his front bumper was found to be broken after the first time it was picked up from the lot and it was perfectly fine beforehand this place is a money laundering scam with a chop shop/lot on site full of broken cars and while we were there to pick his car up last week we watched them violently drag and drop cars onto the lot the staff is rude and the drivers

They rightfully towed my car. Because I parked illegally by they wasn't a space for me to park and I have medical issues. However, when I got my car back the front bumper was damaged and they swore it was already damaged. But the damage was not there the day before. The guy took a picture of the damage and returned about 23 minutes later with a picture of the a computer picture saying that it was my car with the damage super imposed and you couldn't see the surroundings. Saying that his driver got out and took a picture of my car prior to snatching it. The picture the that was taken with the surroundings

Thief!!! that is all this company is. They came to my apt complex, and put a sticker on my car (which I had to scrub off, vandalism???). This sticker said they were going to tow my truck, from my apt complex??? Their reason was that it was disabled/abandoned....My inspection is clearly good on the car as you can see from the sticker on the license plate. I pay insurance on it, and its legally allowed to be on the road in the state of North Carolina. Plus it is parked OUTSIDE OF MY HOUSE!!!!! This is Grand Theft Auto!!!! This is serious and these people are disgusting trash.

I called the office to get a vehicle off of my property and the operator was nonchalant and demanding. I asked for an ETA on when the tow truck would arrive, she couldn’t tell me that and then proceeded to hang up on me before I finished talking. Mind you, I was polite the whole time even after getting her rude undertones and side comments. I don’t know what it is but unlimited recovery loves to hire people with attitude problems.

predatory towing at its worst these people are disgusting and so are their employees whom wait around for people To leave their cars and they pounce and demand 150 dollars to not tow it. One of their employees tried to run me over with his truck but when he saw people filming he backed up and drove away.

Unpopular opinion but I appreciate this business. As the renter in a community where you have the option to pay or not for a designated parking spot I appreciate the service and timeliness of this business. I've had to call several times as the clearly marked reserved parking spot that I pay for has been parked in by unauthorized vehicles. They have been prompt and courteous and I appreciate them for that.

I don't even want to give this racist, unorganized company one star. The level of unprofessionalism that was presented from this money hungry, I wouldn't even call this a business is extremely sickening. They towed my vehicle from a lot I am permitted to park, while I was taking my sickly handicap Grandfather into his home. They towed my vehicle @11:18pm I came down to get the rest of me and my grandfathers belongings and discovered my car was towed @11:25pm. The security in the front says " it appears your vehicle has been towed but take your permit up there and present to them

They towed my car without cause and charged me a drop fee. I was told the drop fee would be refunded, this was back on 11/25/20 and as of 1/25/21 I still have not received a refund. Every time I call they are extremely rude even though they are in the wrong. I understand this is a job that has to be done but at least do it right. Totally unprofessional.

Trust me if i could give them 0 stars, i would. my boyfriend came over to shower and change and by the time he went downstairs his car was towed and the recovery was $200. in the middle of a pandemic. in a student housing complex. i just cant believe how foul this is. $200 is literally $50 away from half our rent in my complex. a simple fine wouldve sufficed especially in the middle of a pandemic. i have no respect for this company and their charges are absolutely ridiculous and unreasonable. they are just preying on broke college students and its just pathetic. I am disgusted with how unprofessional

Update: they did illegally tow my car from my complex. Apartment complex did not give them authority/notification.
During COVID they are towing cars due to expired tags while you're parking in your own apartment complex! NC DMV has placed an extension on vehicle registrations/tags so how can they deem which cars to tow and not others, beats me. (No notice/warning was given.) So my backed in car which had the apt sticker but expired tags on it gets towed VS the car without proper apt parking decals & expired tags. Also when I called in this morning to confirm it was towed and asked whom

Extremely corrupt towing company. I have lived at my crappy apartment complex for 3 years (centennial ridge and village, Raleigh NC) and I am aware of where visitor parking is. I had a guest park in a spot marked VISITOR and two hours later the car was towed. We called unlimited and they said he didn't have a "permit". NEWS FLASH: Guests don't need permits!!! There is even a clear sign that states RESIDENT AND GUEST PARKING.
My guest was following the rules and was still punished. $200.00 to get the car back. When he called the next day, the employee argued with him. I plan

The community that a reside at hired this company to tow cars if they weren't moved so the parking lot could be repaved. Friday morning I woke up to a constant honking...I walk outside to see what was going on and you see this tow truck zooming up and down the parking lot while constantly honking his horn and yelling out "Move your cars."
He parked the truck and got out continuing to yell at the apartment buildings "Move your cars" so I decided to record him because he was coming off a little aggressive and frustrated. He demanded I stop recording but I didn't
