I couldn’t get a ride out there (30 MINUTES from my neighborhood) until 8pm but staff was there and released my vehicle to me. I wish I got the managers name but he was a nice guy. I don’t like this company because they pull cars from my neighborhood well past midnight when everyone is asleep. They should come during day time hours.

They have no business towing my car from my private residence because of tags, they are not even law enforcement. This shouldn't be legal, and then I have to pay them for nothing, gas doesn't cost $180. I don't know what kind of business they operating. Taking people hard earned money for nothing that has to do with them.

My vehicle was towed to this place and unbeknownst to them I used my Ford app to find my vehicle shortly after being towed. When I got there my MacBook, iPhone and a gym bag had all been stolen. Everybody there was so rude and when I asked to talk to the manager all he could say was he wasn't responsible. We asked if he had cameras and he said they didn't pick up good. How convenient. We filled a police report. I can't believe that this company is still in business after all the complaints I have been reading. Unbelievable.

I called to have an unauthorized car towed from my designated parking space at 7:30 a.m. it is now 11:43 and they have not came. I have not received a phone call or anything. When my car was parked on the side due to no parks in my community, they didn’t hesitate to tow , and charge me $180. These towing companies, as well as the property managements need to do better. They will sign contracts with these towing companies to remove your cars unsolicited, but when you call them because you have an unauthorized car in your designated parking spot, they will not come.

My SUV was totalled over the weekend, the sign outside says open at 7pm. My insurance company is taking my car to a salvage yard and I was unable to get my things after the accident. Called the office and they let me know there was someone inside but I wouldn't be helped till 8am. I ha e to be at work the hours they are opened. No help, rude. They don't care that their signs say 7am-6pm.

I got my car towed from the YMCA parking lot late last night. Went to Ace Towing and Recovery the next day to get my car back. They were very understanding and helpful. It was a difficult day for me but they made it better by there kind attitude and caring conversations. If my car were to get towed again I would be ok if it was them hahah. They even gave me a discount without asking!

Horrible answering service that inadvertently hangs up six times before leaving you on hold for 15+ minutes. Their response times for towing are often in multiple hours. Numerous attempts to discuss the problems have lead to nothing and regularly being ignored by the owner. Looking for another vendor.

One is supposed to be able to call this company and report a car that needs towing in the neighborhood, but the woman who answered was exceedingly rude and didn't do crap or give me any information on anything. Don't bother with this company unless you've exhausted all other options. And yes, this is a first-hand experience.

TERRIBLE predatory towing company. Will not EVER voluntarily support this business. Sits around searching for easy money. Watched & was subject to their "remarkable" (AHEM) services during the CHRISTMAS PARADE. Seriously?? Skulking around towing cars that were easy picking - just for the $$. 3 different RPD officers told me they couldn't BELIEVE they were towing people - unless a safety violation (fire hydrant/entrance-exit/etc.) and even said the City of Raleigh wasn't even enforcing towing during the event. DO NOT support this business!!!

I accidentally locked my baby in the car after a trip to Marbles. Police were there quickly, but recommended that I call Ace Towing due to their quick response time and expertise with unlocking newer cars. In less than 5 minutes, they arrived and had my car unlocked in no time! I highly recommend them!
