Your car is completed with factory color paint, blended to match, and polished/detailed to shine. We only use the best PPG paint and are meticulous about color matching. Any remaining parts are reassembled, including glass or other trimming to complete the repairs. On final inspection, we reconfirm any repairs, costs, and produce detailed reports for you and your insurance carrier.

UPS has terrible drivers, but Innovation Auto Collision has expertise to get your car fixed. I called them prior to going in, Stefany answered my phone call a quelled the storm in my stomach that I had from my truck and invited me to visit the shop. When I'd come to the shop she further helped me through the process of getting my truck fixed by explaining the whole thing. I was told by the insurance company that was paying for my damages that I'd have to get several qoutes and with Stefany's help it was reduced to one not because she oversold her family's shop but because she explained everything

Javier Leal is a true master paint and body technician. He did an amazing job on my Ford Bronco. I have had this vehicle since high school and getting it restored to better than mint condition was an incredible experience. I truly appreciate attention to detail and great craftmanship. I had a great experience with the staff and service members. I was very pleased at the service and attention to detail on our automobile. The repair to our trunk lid was flawless. I had checked other collision shops, they we're not the lowest price but the repair was excellent. Stefani Perez (office manager) gave me a list of excellent Mexican restaurants in the area. I hope I don't have to use their service again, but I do I will have Innovation Auto Collision do my repairs with out question.

I just picked up my truck and their work is amazing. My truck looks as though it never got damaged. Victor and Stefany kept me updated and they finished the job on schedule. Javier does the best (and fastest⏰) body work and paint in Tucson🌵. Awesome and very caring family team. Slammed into a couch that had fallen into the road and wrecked the front bumper on our SUV. It's ridiculous how much damage was done moving at low-speeds. 🛠 🚖 The front-end repair cost (parts, lights, housing, and undercarriage components) was within the insurance budget and to Mercedes spec. Innovation Auto Collision also coordinated rental and picked the vehicle up on-site!

So happy my boyfriend sent me to them! I didn't know what to do! My car was broken into just prior to Thanksgiving and the morning of a nursing school final. I had never dealt with auto body damage before and was dreading the idea of cost and coordinating the repair. With Stefanie at Innovation, she set me at ease and she took care of everything...walked me through the process of how to file the claim and made everything so smooth. Every person there was immensely personable and knowledgeable! It was by far more affordable and more timely than other places I quoted and the finished work was PERFECT

Had My Choice of shops for Insurance repairs to my 2013 Prius V, passenger front corner destroyed in accident. Didn't know who to trust, so was just checking out the shop before making my decision ... felt good enough from my visit / evaluation with Stefany to have them do the work.
-) They managed all the Insurance paperwork & verifications;
-) Called & paid for an "Uber" ride to my car rental, both ways!;
-) Texted me with prompt updates on repair and parts order progress;
