I’m really disappointed that I can no longer schedule appointments here because I didn’t take my kids in during 2020. They were not sick and I didn’t want to expose them to anything, but because I didn’t take them in they took my kids out as patients. I wasn’t aware of the rule of having to go in every year and now I have to try to find a new office to go to. Very disappointed.

We were with iphc for a little over 2 years. I seriously loved this place and recommended many people go there. I appreciate the efforts to avoid antibiotics for a simple eye infection- cured with breastmilk and a simple ear infection which Mary recommended garlic and olive oil which worked like a charm.
My daughter enjoyed seeing Mary and we looked forward to our visits.
I am a bit saddened with how we left. It started with a miscommunication. I asked for my records to be sent to my pcp so I could take my daughter there for sick visits because we live far from iphc. I didn’t know you couldn’t

I just want to thank all the women at IPHC, especially Jen! I have interacted with all of them many times and love how genuine they are. One thing I really love, is they take all my concerns seriously even when I might be over reacting a bit. They care about my concerns as a mom and work with me to find information to help me make a decision even if it’s not the decision they might make. The pediatricians at IPHC are outstanding! They are the best clinic in all of Denver to bring your child to. The doctors truly listen and care, and they have extensive knowledge about both traditional western medicine and eastern medicine. Ask any parent that has used this facility, and they will attest that they've heard these three words,, "just two pokes". Those words are uttered every day in this office and they will haunt me for the rest of my life: Please for your child's sake, ask how many vaccines they are giving your child. I failed to ask that question and this facility shot my child up with 10 vaccines in one visit. My child has speech issues, behavioral issues, and developmental issues. When given in large quantities, vaccines can definitely be harmful to your child''s health and my child

Terrible experience today. There were multiple occasions where I was on time for my appointment and the provider was late seeing us but today I was 5 minutes late for my 6-month old wellness checkup and they refused to see me. They said the provider has a busy afternoon and won't see me. You don't give moms with newborns or infants even a few minutes grace-period? You don't tell your patients that you jam-packed your provider's schedules so they know there's not even a few minutes grace-period. They never told me that we wouldn't be seen if we were a few minutes late

I recently brought my daughter in for a checkup and was beyond impressed! You can really feel the love in this place and they immediately made me and my little girl feel welcome and at home. It's rare to find a clinic where they really listen to you and your child's needs, but I really felt that at Integrative Pediatric. Kelly, Jen, and Mary are all fantastic, along with the rest of the staff! I am so grateful to have found a place where I can wholeheartedly trust everyone there.

They called asking if I wanted to switch appt due to the weather ( had snow the previous day and roads were not great) told them no to the reschedule and that we would make it in as scheduled. We were with IPHC for over 2 years, and recently changed care due to the following situation and several other inaccuracies and communication issues. I wrote the practice a letter with my concerns via the patient portal. A few days later when I went back to look for a reply, my portal account was deactivated and later I was written a certified letter, which was effectively a cease and desist letter. In essence, it stated that if we went public with our concerns, we would be hearing from their attorney. The letter also stated we were no longer welcome at their practice. As if we would ever return

Loved Jennifer. She was a wonderful pediatrician to my son. Able to find issues that Kaiser could never find with my daughter (which is why we opted out of Kaiser in the first place with him). Jennifer has been our primary care provider for 3 years now. She is knowledgeable and has always addressed our concerns with warmth, confidence and educated objective responses. First appointment with Dr. Mary, but right off she was calm, warm and professional. My son felt very comfortable with her. She listens to your concerns and addresses them appropriately. The environment was clean and kid friendly. The nurse who took my son's vitals was also gentle and personable.

I really loved these guys when we started using them for our son. They've recently changed their hours to be shorter, appointments to be more rushed, and the staff has been short with me and unhelpful the last 3 times I've interacted with them. What was an awesome, laid back, wholistic pediatrician seems to be caving under pressure and much worse for wear. I think we are going to have to find a new practice.

I will start by saying I am a nurse and have worked in a clinic, so I understand how clinics work. First of all at our first appt with this practice they did not have the vaccines my daughter needed for her 15 month appt, so they told us we would have to come back to get those. If you are a mom you know how much of an inconvenience this is. I can't say enough about how wonderful this practice is. From the moment you walk in, you know they have thought things through and aimed to provide the best possible experience for parents and their kids. For one, when you walk in the door, they are waiting for you and walk you directly in to a room. The rooms are decorated in a cheerful way, and the whole place has a positive feel. I absolutely love all of the providers in this office. They are wonderful, compassionate, knowledgeable (of conventional and alternative medicine), have parent's and children's best interests/concerns in mind, and they are always evolving.
They are wonderful advocates for my children, and willing to work with me to decide the best health solutions for my babies.

Love this practice! Great rooms with very flexible scheduling! We were very surprised with how quickly we were seen (as we had arrived with new insurance information) as well as how quickly we were out with a feeling of relief and satisfaction due to our child's condition. I am incredibly happy that I chose this practice for the care of my child. My child was born with a cleft lip and palate, so I was extra picky in choosing pediatric care since there are additional challenges we will run into. In "shopping" around for the right care, the providers offered to give us a tour of their facility during their lunch hour and took their time and gave us detailed information on their background.
