Julia Temple Healthcare Center is a modern, state-of-the-art care center, conveniently located in the beautiful community of Englewood, just north of Highway 285, on the south end of the Denver-Aurora Metropolitan Area. We are a short drive from area hospitals including Swedish Medical Center and Porter Adventist Hospital.

Absolutely the WORST care facility I have ever dealt with!!!! My father was taken there after having a surgery for a blood clot. He was not given his medications regularly and his leg was not attended to like it was supposed to. Causing the healing to decline and get worse. The staff is poorly trained and did not know how to change and clean his pump. Causing him to go about 2-3 days without it. Very rude staff with absolutely no regard for patients. along with having to make an appointment to see him for 30 minutes (which they fought me on after driving almost an hour to get there). The person who answered the phone didn't know if they had visiting hours. He put me on hold for 5 minutes to find out, then returned and "answered" the phone again, forgetting that he had been talking to me. I told him that I was the same person he had been talking to and was trying to find out if visting hours were in place and, if so, what they were. He said that visting hours were in place, but that one could visit at "any time." Finding this hard to believe, I asked whether vists were allowed at 3:00 a.m. He said it had to be daytime. We feel so lucky to have found this place for my mom. The facility is older, but don’t let that fool you. It is filled with vibrancy and energy and love. The staff truly care about the residents. My mom was in several of the newer, posh facilities before Julia Temple and they are all smoke and mirrors until you move your loved one in and then they have huge turnover and staff that don’t care. My mother was in bad shape before she arrived at Julia Temple and within days, you could tell she was beginning to relax and settle in for the first time in a long time. Just wanted to express my gratitude to the staff at Julia Temple for the care given my uncle during his stay at the facility. My family had to make the decisions on his care from Florida and could not come to Colorado. Dr. Tapia was extremely helpful and thoughtful keeping us abreast of his condition and explaining options we had. In particular I want to acknowledge the Admission Coordinator, Rahma Nour, for the empathy and professionalism she showed caring for my uncle.
