I've now worked with Garrett twice and plan to use him again in the future. You will never find another realtor like Garrett. He is available to his clients, meticulous with his work, has a great design eye, and makes what could be a stressful experience fun. He knows the market and my partner and I have come to really trust his guidance.

Garrett is an amazing real estate agent. When my wife and I moved to Pasadena from Denver this past year, Garrett came highly recommended, and we can understand why. He knows the Pasadena market and various neighborhoods. He's a good listener and took the time to understand our needs, style and budget. Garrett showed us a number of homes, each time taking note of our likes and dislikes to eventually find us the perfect home.
