Don’t have an account with this bank however, I just drove past it and saw multiple signs saying “return my money $127,000”. So obviously they’re not that great, I stand with the man wanting his money back.

This is the worst branch of East West Bank. They don't care and will make you wait for a long time even if there is no one in line. They don't even apologize or say we will be right with you. They'll just ignore you until another customer comes in. Go to the one on fair oaks avenue. They're a lot nicer and polite. I only come to this one because it's by my house but I'm tired of waiting when there are so many people working that will just ignore you. It's ridiculous.

Parking is a pain, but now I meter for quick runs into the branch. I found out that they do validate if you park in underground entering on Union. East West has a solid reputation about being thorough. This branch has low traffic and all the staff are very helpful.

Usually no wait, and tellers are ready to help. The few times that I've had to wait, the employees were professional and always apologized for making me wait and thanking me for my patience. Other branches may not even acknowledge you, but the team here is trained well in customer service.

My family has banked with East West Bank for years. This is my favorite branch of EWB and they have been with me through many milestones of my life, from buying my first car to buying my first home. As their name implies, EWB is a great choice for Chinese American families. My parents are immigrants from Taiwan so they feel super comfortable here. I've heard the tellers here speak in Mandarin, Taiwanese, Cantonese and English.

This must be the most horrible corporation ever in existence. I work for a big box retailer and every time we have to call them to verify anything they just give us the run around. Worst off most of the employees don't speak English. You're running a banking business in America the least you can do is hire compitant employees that can actually speak English.

Hey CEO if you are reading this you need to train your employees. Word of advice either fire everyone and get a new staff or take everyone of your employees and send to ESL class.

This branch strives to upkeep their poor customer service level!

I came in recently to deposit my paycheck as I've done every 2 weeks every Thursday. All of a sudden the teller (Lina Chen) who's been helping me every 2 weeks to deposit my paychecks decides to check the date on my check today and says, "I'm sorry, we can't deposit a check that has a post date for tomorrow. Come back tonight to deposit in the ATM or come back tomorrow. If we deposit it today, the check will bounce back." I asked her how come she's helped me deposit in the past on Thursdays and
