It was better than I expected. I was nervous but Dr. Moore and his Resident Orthodontist, I believe her name is Britt, was great. They walked me through the process and I barely felt them touch my teeth. It wasn't until the tightening that I could feel the braces on; however, it was more noise. My only discomfort was the mouth jack to hold my mouth open, that contraption was forged in Hades.

When my daughter was initially referred for braces by her dentist we were referred to another orthodontist. The treatment plan presented made me uncomfortable and I decided to seek a second opinion. Dr. Moore's treatment plan was almost identical to that of the first orthodontist, however the difference was the time he took to meet, explain, present different scenarios and tell me our options all while exhibiting patience and never making me feel like I was asking too many questions or like he was in a rush. Dr. Moore is an excellent orthodontist. Dr. Moore takes the time to care for the patient and he does not attempt to sell services which are not needed for financial gain. He explains your treatment plan and breaks down why you need those particular services. Office is always clean and staff are friendly.
