Services
We use Matrix SOCOLOR: the first color line that offers Cera-Oil conditioning complex that remains in the hair for up to 30 shampoos - constantly strengthening hair even in between touch-ups. SOCOLOR not only cares for hair during touch ups, but in between as well. We also offer an Organic colorline: Schwarzkopf Professional.
Our online, web based appointment system allows you to make your own appointment. Please register with us and then select your day, service and time. You will receive an email and text reminder prior to your appointment. Important: Please indicate ALL the services you are requesting so that our system allocates the proper amount of time for your visit.

FGCU STUDENTS. Pricing that was confirmed before hand was not what was charged. Misleading website. FGCU STUDENTS WILL NOT ONLY BE CHARGED WHAT IS ADVESTISED. The so-called discount was non-existent due to "independent pricing" which is not listed for FGCU students. I had a five minute hair cut and was charged 30$ when my appointment confirmation says 18. Extremely disappointed.

I am so disappointed with this place. I really wanted to love it, but it was terrible. They forgot my booking, made me wait a half hour, changed the price, whipped me in the eye with my hair, and said "what the hell?" while trying to cut my hair.
The WORST part of all of that is that I was very clear about what I wanted. I said BELOW the shoulder, but my hair is curly so be careful as it will shrink... I now have a bob. Its cute but SO far from what I asked for. The woman also said "you're not getting layers, right? you shouldn't get layers." To which I replied that I wanted them. After cutting

We have found this salon in the neighborhood of our vacation place. It was the first time I had anyone work on me for at least 26 yrs.so you can imagine I was a little nervous, but there are very experienced hairdressers here. I had never experienced a rinsing station where you lie down. Their process is luxurious and rejuvenating. You can also schedule services online and you get a reminder via Email. I look forward to continued service at this salon. My husband gets his haircut while my dye sets. He likes it too!

I went to Marylou Robson for the first time just for a trim and adding a few more layers into my long, thick hair. The only thing I asked was that the layers be blended in nicely as I didn't want the shelf look. Now I'm rocking the shelf look ... not sure if I wait and let it grow out or if I should try to find someone who can fix it. I won't be going back that's for sure.
