Frances Hicks is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner credentialed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is licensed by the state of Virginia to provide family-centered healthcare to patients of all ages. She is a member of the American Nursing Association. Her scope of practice encompasses health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis and management of acute illnesses and chronic disease.
