My wife and I were visiting Santa Barbara and saw this home for sale. We called Traci and she got us an appointment to view the house that same day, even though there were back-to-back showings all day. There were 15 offers for this home and the sellers stated they were selling the home as-is, with no credits or repairs. With Traci, we bid below the countered price and won. After the inspections she negotiated a $10,000 credit for repairs. Traci is very professional, always quickly responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Buying or selling property can be scary right? You wish you had someone to help and guide you along the way, someone who knows the ins and outs. Well, Traci is that person you can trust like a friend who’s got your back.
I have rental property that was pretty much destroyed due to a fire in the upstairs unit. My contractor said it would take 2 months to get it back in shape so my tenants stayed in a hotel. Traci said "oh no, you’re looking at at least 6 months”. Boy was she right as it took almost a year (wish I would have listened as it would have saved much grief). Throughout the process
