GHPT began as a single office in the West End of Hartford and has since opened additional offices in South Windsor (1992), Bloomfield (1995), the South End of Hartford (1999), and Southington (2007). In 1999, Greater Hartford Physical Therapy developed a corporate logo and slogan that personifies our commitment to quality healthcare and a lifestyle of physical fitness.
Livefit, LLC was subsequently formed later in 1999 as a Connecticut Limited Liability Corporation in order to administrate the use of this logo and slogan and to identify GHPT with high quality medical care and a fit lifestyle. In 2004, the Board of Directors of Greater Hartford Physical Therapy decided to utilize Livefit, LLC as the corporate structure to open new physical therapy clinics throughout the United States.
