Dr. Bashar is literally the "Any Dentist" having many advanced certifications. After my General Dentist told me an abscessed tooth needed to be worked on by an Endodontist, the Endodontist told me I needed a Periodontist. Frustrated and around the time of Covid, I decided to hold off. A colleague raved about Dr. Bashar, so I gave him a try. Thao did a good job of deep cleaning my teeth with decades of scale build-up. She was very gentle and caring with the cleaning that I didn't need any pain-killer on the same night after the operation. Many of my friends had to resort to pain-killer after deep cleaning, but not in my case. This is truly a testament of how good she is. Also hat off to Dr. Im for carrying out a very difficult filling operation that helped me avoid the root-canal. Sunrise Dental is absolutely wonderful.

Dr Im and sunrise dental are theeee best!! Yesterday I went in there with my gums inflamed and such bad pain and he cleaned them out and fixed me right up and now my teeth and gums look and feel great! I literally would let him take my appendix out because he is so so so good at what he does! Best dentist and I'm so thankful for them!

I went in on Saturday to get my toothache checked out and get more information about what was going on. The nurse tried to take a few x-rays of my mouth and it took about 10 tries to get the x-ray as they kept missing the tooth that I had been complaining about. Finally, the doctor took a look at the x-rays and reassured me that there was no infection and everything looked good; the pain could just be from biting down hard or getting hit in the face and provided

After confirming what the cost of a wisdom tooth extraction would be I came in to have the procedure done and that went fine. Once done I came out to pay and they tell me I needed a different kind of extraction which ended up being substantially more. I was awake for the procedure and it literally took 2 mins to get the tooth out. What did my “different extraction” add 20 seconds to the procedure efforts? They pulled a bait and switch on me. Got me in at one price then up charged me after the fact. Not happy about this

I had three visits to Sunrise Dental of Bellevue. During each visit, there is always one or two receptionists not wearing mask. I also had a consultation with one of their dentists, Dr. Mosquera, about a major dental procedure, and she did not wear mask at all. I complained about her behavior to another dentist in the office, was told "no worry". Please stay away from this dentistry, which has no respect for the patient's safety during COVID-19 pandemic.

We have been going to Sunrise Dental for many years. Our dentist is Dr. Kwon and he is very good. Has done work for myself and my wife. We are both very satisfied with his work and his demeanor. The part that we are not too happy with is the cleaning which unfortunately is a different technician every time. Some are very gentle and others are a bit rough. It will be nice to always have the same person.

Let's face it ... NOBODY WANTS TO GO TO THE DENTIST.. but when you have to you better go to Sunrise. This place is AWESOME!!! The team is super professional and friendly. From the front desk team, Supporting team to all Doctors and specialized surgeons (yes i have visited them a few times indeed :) ) . The office is full of great professional and friendly people. Because of their extended hours it's usually possible to get an appointment when it works best for me. They have great modern equipment and the billing apartment does great getting my insurance contributions known to me as soon as possible. It's always been a clean office but they are definitely taking many extra measures now that covid has happened.

Unfortunately I have been with many dentists over the years, whether because I've moved or a dental practice closed its doors. Having our family switch to this dentist has far exceeded expectations. Dentist shows no interest in his customer.. came in for a cleaning for the first time.. tried to get a basic cleaning instead tried sending me off saying I need a deep cleaning.
(Well I came here for a cleaning not a deep cleaning).. he continued to push and tell me how great my insurance was and that I should just come back then (so I can spend more money) He got frustrated when I told him I wanted to still do the standard cleaning and said "fine this isn't going to solve it!) ... cleaned my teeth and walked away saying take care... Show some decently to your customer..maybe smile

I've been going to this clinic for almost 4 years for all my cleanings. My best experience in terms of cleaning was definitely with Jenny - she is a great professional, it never hurt and result is always good. My wife has same experience with Jenny too, we always try to schedule out cleaning with her.
My main doctor is Dr.Im and he have made fillings - everything is good with them. Once I started following his advises on taking care of my teeth I didn't have to do any more fillings.

We've been going to sunrise dental in issaquah for years but decided to try the Bellevue location because it's closer to our house in Seattle. The first visit went great, besides the fact that the dental hygienist thought it was her personal mission to convert me to using fluoride... very annoying. Please keep your opinions to yourself. And let me make those decisions for my kids. We filter fluoride out of our water and use fluoride free toothpaste. And guess what, we all have perfect teeth. CRAZY!
