I've been coming here for years. When I first became a patient I was seen by Dr. Lynn Jones herself. Over time I've been passed around to various dentists at the practice. My experience has been, overall, fine. Not great, not horrible. However, after my most recent (and last) appointment, I had to share my experience. I come in as scheduled, every 6 months for cleanings. I have good, healthy teeth. Since I've been a patient here, I've had one, MAYBE two cavities (over 8 years). This used to be Dr. Richardson's dental practice that my family and I had gone to for 13 years. Today was my first time going since it changed ownership to Optima Dental Spa. I was very pleased with my dental appointment. They had so many Covid prevention measures in place. They were ready for me right on time. The hygienist was very efficient and was friendly. I was so pleased with the new technology they are using with the electric water scaler/scraper. Kirkland Dentistry is absolutely the best. The front staff are extremely helpful and Dr. Richardson and staff are so friendly and professional. I feel like I'm with old friends. My husband who detests going to the dentist, came home from his last visit and said, "Wow, I actually had a good time there" :) I only wish I had discovered Kirkland Dentistry years ago.

I have been a patient for four years and every visit the staff has done an amazing job.
Last Thursday I had my wisdom teeth removed and as always the staff was very kind and professional. My case was quite difficult and I was very nervous leading up to the surgery. Doctor Clow was a true professional and was able to make me feel at ease and performed the surgery perfectly.

Was looking for a dental clinic in the neighborhood and was so glad I found Kirkland Dentistry. Dr Richardson and Joyce are super professional and you can tell that they really know what they're doing. Joyce (the hygienist) is also super meticulous and does cleanings as painlessly as possible. I was introduced to this dentist through my wife's family. Every time I have gone it has always been a pleasant experience, no more need to fear the dentist. I recently had to repair a tooth with a crown in which was all done in one sitting. No need for two trips. This dentist, and his staff are by far the best you will ever experience.

Their name should be Friendly Dentistry, everyone here was so inviting and kind. From my phone conversation with Melinda when scheduling the appointment, Hilary at the front desk with the most warm welcome, Wendy the dental assistant, Joyce the dental hygienist, to David Richardson my dentist; everyone was beyond fantastic. I was riddled with anxiety when I arrived, but left completely relaxed and calm. A dentist visit shouldn't be like this, when I left, it felt like I was leaving friends. You guys are amazing, thank you.

Before everything went horribly wrong and because they don't return phone calls and I was forced to write a bad review and put the words and incompetence of the staff on blast....I should start by saying the first visit went ok.
My longtime dentist retired and my husband referred me here. Everyone seemed nice and I had a 20 minute teeth cleaning, lots of X-rays, an evaluation of my teeth and a recommended plan for some of what seemed to be 10% needed and 90% unnecessary future services. The front desk informed me that in a week or so they would let me know what future services my insurance

I was in the process of getting the dentistry's phone and info online and came across some of the 1 star reviews about the receptionists. It's unfortunate that the reviews are being reflected on Dr Richardson's overall performance on Yelp. I have been seeing Dr. R for over a DECADE, probably even longer, and never ever had a problem or issue with his team or him. My teeth cleaning experiences have been superb, efficient and I walk away feeling I did something positive for my chompers.
