I will start with the good things--the hotel looks nice and they have a snack and drink area. The women on the nite shift there was wonderful. However, we encountered many problems with the service at the hotel. At the end of the first day we realized that the refrigerator was not working and when we left for the next day that said it would be fixed. This hotel is nestled on the side of a hill near a major street. Our room (4th floor) faced the street and we couldn't hear any passing cars.
The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Gave us a good recommendation for dinner.
The pool could have been a little warmer along with the whirlpool.
Housekeeping was great!!!! We ALWAYS ask for extra towels and blankets and they were replaced (towels) each night.
This hotel is close to the Palmyra area for those going there to see the sights.
Overall- nice, clean and quiet. :-)
