I don't think I've ever been kicked out of a "5 star restaurant".... Usually your servers will stand to the side and let their presence be known that it's closing time but we literally had people cleaning off our tables while sitting!! They threw away my leftovers vs asking if I wanted a box, took my champagne and I wasn't even done absolutely horrible service horrible

I have never been to a hotel that was so interested in ensuring that I had a great experience. 5 minutes after I checked in I got a text thanking me, abs asking if anything could be done for me. The spa treatments were fabulous and they even fitted my wife and I in for a pedicure, without a previous appointment. The next morning we're out shopping and another text comes through asking how our stay is and what can be done to make it better. I asked for a couple waters in our room and sure enough, they were waiting in the fridge for us when we got back. Bethany was fantastic and I will 100% come

The spa getaway package was exactly the relaxing, indulgent experience I was hoping for for my birthday. Beginning with an incredible massage from Eugene, then complimentary wine in the spa relaxation room with a gorgeous view, to the room that looked, felt and *smelled!* very clean, to the bonus champagne and little food platter and nice cafe breakfast options - I was delighted and impressed. The staff was attentive, pleasant and professional. I don’t often treat myself in these ways but now that I know how to, I will be doing this again in the future.

The folks at this venue are beyond top notch. We DJ’d a wedding there this evening and Garrett was the banquet coordinator. He was beyond on top of everything. He took great care of the needs of all the guests and even the vendors. Theo was the manager on duty who was also beyond professional and helpful. We traveled 3 hours to DJ this wedding and it was by far the best of the best. Thank you Woodcliff for an amazing experience for everyone who was involved and thank you for an incredibly enjoyable day.
