Cons : Diagnostics for the problem is 125 dollars according to the advertising. As it took time for them to find the issue , the time spent to diagnose the issue was added labor on my bill which was disappointing. So watch out for what to expect.

Got 50 percent off the labor bill but still it was high
Feedback : I was told until issue is diagnosed it will be only 125. Please clarify this to other customers upfront so that they know what to expect.

I called this morning and Adolfo was able to come to my house in 1 hour which is extremely impressive!! He provided great service and explained patiently where the problem was and what his plan is. He replaced the motor swiftly and I got warm air in my house again!! I was so impressed that I asked him to do some more maintenance work on the furnace afterward. Highly recommended!
