Greatest and hardest workout I've ever done. This is a great gym to learn the sweet science! There are all skill levels at the gym but you will never be "fed to the wolves". The gym is very clean and instructors Justin and Tyra love what they do and it shows in how they train their members. The amount of individual personal one on one time that they offer during class is amazing.
Walking in before class and the instructors knowing your name is also unexpected, you're not just another person here, there is a strong seance of family. We've been searching for months for a fitness program like this for our son. Chris is a super coach & is great with the kids! Our son warmed up to him immediately, which was quite unique for our typically shy and reserved kid.

Services
Pueblo Boxing has been making a positive impact on youth as well as adults for nearly 20 years with gyms and sponsored athletes in several countries including Colombia, Spain, Mexico, Cuba, Russia, Germany, Brazil, United States and Puerto Rico. Locally in Wichita Falls Pueblo Boxing hosts several programs that benefit the community from our AntiBully Camps to our Rock Steady Boxing program that assist those fighting the Parkinson's disease.
Maybe you're not the fighting type, but here are some facts that will get you in the ring: Boxing blasts up to 1000 calories an hour while sculpting your arms, shoulders, core, and legs. And since nailing the punch sequences requires extreme focus, boxing is an excellent way to train your mind and body at once.
Every Day in the United States, 160,000 children miss school due to fear of bullies. In the Pueblo AntiBully program, our goal is to instill in your child the unshakable confidence that they will need to overcome bullies. We do this by educating them on how to recognize and deal with this growing epidemic.
Of course, We are so sure you'll love this unique way to get in shape, your First 2 workouts are Free! Check out the class schedule and come give us a try. No, not at all. Nearly 90% of our members never had any type of "fight" training experience. While all our programs are designed by experienced fighters, we understand that most of our members are just looking to get in great shape.

Pueblo is amazing. I’ve been working out here regularly for over 2 years! The staff and members are like family! The Coaches meet you wherever you are in your journey! If you are a newbie, they take the time to give you instruction and modifications if needed, if you are seasoned athlete or have boxing experience they encourage and inspire you to push yourself to the next level! And boxing is such a great stress reliever... and who doesn’t need that right now? Try it! You’ll love it! Thanks Pueblo❤️

I was introduced to boxing by a good friend of mine and she invited me to come to a free session for a Saturday morning. I decided to be a bit opened minded because one, I've never tried boxing & two, it was a free session.
I did not get the instructors name, but he was a little bit advanced for someone or me, who is a beginner. He made effort to explain the jabs, forms, & etc but eventually, I gave up and decided to roll with the punches & just have "fun."
After the session, I came to the realization that boxing is NOT for me, it's a bit of a masculine sport
