This Coupon entitles a Homeowner to a $79 Air Conditioner Tuneup performed by Peak Heating and Cooling at their residence. Only one (1) coupon per service address will be accepted. Coupon must be presented at the time of service. Payment for the balance is expected at the time of service. Stay warm and cozy all Winter long!

Most air conditioners have their capacity rated in BTUs, or British Thermal Units. A BTU is, generally, the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of one pound of water one degree F. Specifically, a BTU is 1,055 joules, but the first definition is easier to understand in real-life terms. One "ton", in heating and cooling terms, is 12,000 BTUs.
Maintain your equipment to prevent future problems and unwanted costs. Keep your cooling and heating system at peak performance by having a contractor do annual pre-season check-ups. Contractors get busy once summer and winter come, so it's best to check the cooling system in the spring and the heating system in the fall.

Irving and Brian went above and beyond when they came to my home to install a new heatpump and replace a faulty coil on my existing furnace, both of which had been previously installed by another company
Upon arrival right away they noticed that there were several factors about my 8 month old high efficiency furnace that concerned them about the efficiency and my safety...
The original installers did not vent it properly nor did they seal it to prevent co2 leakage..

My furnace broke during a cold snap and created quite the emergency. After calling around to several places, peak was able to come out to look at the furnace and install a new one the same day. They had to come back a second time to finish up the duct connections. I am very thankful for their professionalism, upfront prices, and promptness.
It was $8,100 for a new, two stage, furnace to cover a 3000 foot square home.
