How much does it cost for you to come to my home and see what is wrong with my equipment? Our service is provided using a flat-rate pricing system. When you need service, our heating and cooling technicians will come to your home to diagnose the problem with your HVAC system. We will then provide you with a repair estimate from our flat-rate price book-which protects you from price inflation during busier periods.

I urgently called Ottawa Home Services at 10:30 am that our hot water tank was leaking in our basement. I was given a 14:30 service appointment for a technician to come to the house.
At 13:30 the technician called to get my assessment of the situation. He quickly determined that the 16 year old gas hot water tank needed to be replaced. We discussed the tankless vs tank option and the rent or buy costs. I decided to stay with the tank option and to rent the unit.
At 14:30 technicians Pierre and Taylor arrived with the new gas hot water tank. They wore masks and respected social distancing during
