Juan is a fantastic job with our floors. We had all our rooms replaced from carpet to lamination and Juan did an impeccable job. Recently he installed the lamination for our garage which looks stunning. We are extremely happy with his work and professionalism. Juan is a real pro and installed 600 sq ft of laminate flooring in 2 1/2 days for us. He removed the existing carpet and even did baseboard work. He was efficient, detailed and very professional. He was also pleasant and an easy contractor to deal with. We are happy to have found him. The floors look amazing.

This review is long overdue. Juan did a fantastic job with our floors. We had all the carpet (living room, stairs, and all upstairs' rooms) replaced with Mohawk Boardwalk Collective Beachwood laminate. Friends and family who have visited our newly remodeled home can't believe that the floors are laminate- they look and feel like hardwood. We ordered materials from OnFlooring (btw great customer service and cheaper compared to stores in the area) delivered directly to our house on two pallets.

Once again, Juan Simg did a fabulous flooring job for me! He had previously installed laminate throughout my mobile home so I knew he was the one to call when it was time to redo my kitchen floor. Juan is meticulous and pays attention to details...he is more of a skilled craftsman than just a flooring guy...the finished kitchen floor looks wonderful! Juan is honest and let's you know exactly what he can and cannot do. He explains the install process, the pros and cons of various materials and what he thinks will give you the best results. Juan did a great job on installing our new flooring. He provided a very detailed estimate, drawing out each space, and was very knowledgable about the floors we chose. Weeks before installation, he provided us with a list of what we needed to order, and even offered to help pick some of it up. He is very meticulous with his work, and the end result is beautiful. Juan was highly professional, very considerate and extremely thorough in his approach to helping us with the flooring for our condo. Juan is a very patient guy and a perfectionist as many other reviewers mentioned. The first time he came in to take measurements for estimates, he sat down patiently for 2 hours and explained us the different types of hardwood and their pros and cons. You never get an impression that he is pushing you in towards a particular supplier which many contractors do to get a cut. You also get a feeling that he really loves what he does.
