Full of crooks. When moving out of a rental property, they tried withholding thousands of dollars of our security deposit claiming damages that were nonexistent, yard work that we had done before moving out, and had us pay to remove things that had been left in the garage by tenants before we moved in (not our stuff to throw away). They were trying to keep the money to make improvements to the property.

Bette Giesing is an amazing Agent. She sold my house in no time. She kept in communication with me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you do not want to be treated like you are a nothing that they can just "steal" from. STAY AWAY from this company.
I would have given IMT negative stars, but had to give a one star to even write this review. IMT property management in charge of leases and rental properties will steal your money after you attempt to move out in a legal timely manner. They act like a a slighted person in a relationship gone wrong. Instead of being professional, IMT takes advantage of their tenants by illegally charging them unknowingly for services done while occupying the property after
