I am an owner and Ive been waiting for 2 months to get a resolution to an issue with the windows in my unit. Im unable to hire anyone myself due to the management company as its a part of the building. The windows wont close completely and lock. Theres also a crack in one that allows water to leak onto my new floors and my furniture. Yet the management company has not resolved it and have decided not to return any phone calls or emails that I have made trying to figure out what is going on. Ive had issues with responsiveness taking quite a while or 4 years with the property manager but I've notified

Serving as the Vice President of my condo association I work hand in hand with one of the property managers, Kristin A. Pettazzoni, and she has been fantastic. Constantly looking out for what is best for our association, she has saved us money (In the thousands) and repeatedly been reliable at all hours of the day when we needed her. Kristin is a tireless worker and her attention to detail is second to none. As long as she’s involved as a property manager I know we’ll be in good hands. Highly recommended.

Chris, thank you for the quick follow up today regarding the water coming into our unit. You helped explain the insurance process with condo associations which I was not familiar with and you arranged for Service Master to come quickly. This is a level of professionalism and responsiveness I'm not use to. I'm happy to say that our experience with Northeast Property Group, while not always perfect, has exceeded my expectations of what a property manager should provide.

Our Condo Association has been using Northeast Property group for years. They provide all the services we need, from book keeping and bill paying, to getting us the best rates for Insurance and contracting. Our representative is available 24/7 and addresses even the smallest issues with professionalism and efficiency. She keeps us organized and on topic at monthly meetings and offers great suggestion for community building. My wife and I moved into our condo approximately eight years ago. We immediately got involved with the community and the Board. I can't believe some of these negative reviews. I've experienced several property managers at other companies in CT and these ladies and gents are one of the best. Their price is right, they are knowledgeable and I just have to laugh at the idea that someone here said they throw garbage on the grounds. Here's the deal- if you want a property management company that is staffed with more than 1 person and has been around the block a few times, the choice is obvious. I've never experienced anything but professionalism, a willingness to help and quick action. You will get what you pay for so buyer

Chris has been our property manager for at least 10 years, maybe more and he has always been very quick to respond and helpful. We another condo in Florida and our experience with the manager there is not at the same level as with Northeast Properties. The receptionist Lori is also very helpful with logging maintenance issues. All in all, they are definitely a professional organization and have recommended them to other associations in the area, which I know are also happy.

I/we have been working with Northeast Property Group for a number of years with Kristin as our Property Manager, Deb and Isabella which all have done an excellent job. Kristin is on-site or a phone call away when needed to meet and discuss any concerns with BOD and residents. Always are very pleased with the level of professional services received and follow up from Northeast Property Group especially from Kristen.
Kristen surely knows what vendors and contractors work best for our needs.
