Services
We are one church in connection to many churches called United Methodists. Our local United Methodist Churches are gathered together in the East Central District here in Florida. 9 more districts in Florida are gathered together into the Florida Annual Conference.

Together with our Annual Conferences across the globe, we make up the General Conference of the United Methodist Church where we represent all ministries of United Methodist Christians in the world. To find out more about what United Methodist Christians believe visit www.umc.org. If this is your first time with us, stop by the Welcome Center and receive a gift from us as a "Thank You" for being our guest today.
Our goal is to provide an educational experience that is fun, caring, and stimulating in which children grow spiritually, emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. Our faith-led curriculum is carefully selected from research-based material that considers individual learning styles and age appropriate applications.
We know that checking out a new church isn't easy, no matter how much experience you have (or don't have) with religion. So, thank you for stopping by! We invite everyone who connects with Lakeside to know, love, and trust Jesus by offering ways to. Jesus said that the two greatest commandments are to love God and love our neighbor.
The Picnic Project need help with sorting and distributing food on Thursday at noon, Friday from 10am - 12pm, and Sunday from 1pm-3pm. Please contact the office at hello@lakesideumc.net if you are interested in helping. The Christian Sharing Center's Oasis is the only resource drop-in facility for our homeless neighbors in Seminole County.
Please check your child or children in at the Children's Ministry Kiosk on the Preschool side of the building before the service starts. Children K-5th join their parents in the service for the Children's Moment. After the Children's Moment they proceed to their classes. Once a month and during special holiday services, our K-5th graders stay in service for Family Worship.

I highly recommend them, because this Ministry is very friendly, kind, pleasant, nice, and supportive even more supportive than some of your own race or folks. They truly stand and represent the true word of God by showing agape love. If you're looking for true fellowship, a church home, or someone that is a true supportive friend this Ministry is the one. They are a prime example how all churches need to be. God richly bless.
Sincerely, Antonio Miller

Small but vibrant and growing Methodist church. There are many young families with kids but as older members we have felt welcomed. We enjoy the energy the mix of ages provides. On this Pentacost Sunday we know that the Holy Spirit is at work in this place.
