First-class business! Our heat-pump went out and Kelly came out quickly, on a Saturday, to take a look. The old-unit (installed in 1998!) had seen its last day. Kelly showed us where the unit died. We opted for a replacement.
Instead of trying to up-sell us, he recommended only what we needed to do the job. He let us know about the upgrades available, but did not push anything with a hard-sell. We believe he recommended what he would buy if he was putting it in his home. We're glad we took that recommendation!
