Be sure the dehumidistat is set to On Only and do not set it at any percentage while you are home. Look for a switch (like a light switch) near your furnace and make sure it is set to "on". I don’t know where or how to start with this. Maybe by stating that they should treat each customer's house as if it was their own mothers house. My mom is 61, however we both insist on doing home projects instead of hiring people when we can to avoid getting ripped off. One of those tasks was to fix all of the fallen insulation underneath her 20+ year

Excellent service!! They came to do an estimate for a possible new system thinking ours was not repairable. Once they checked the unit they called a technician to come and diagnose the problem. They came the same day and fixed it the same day !! Didn’t make any promises but came through on a cold day ☺️
