Got the job done but super poor communication. Our attorney left the practice mid-case and no one ever contacted us to let us know. No one told us that our bk had been discharged, I found out via my personal credit monitoring. Pretty bad communication all the way around in my case- communication skills are super important for legal matters. Not the cheapest option either.

After internet searching firms we found Neeley Law in our part of town. Their website was informative. The pre appointment process was simple and straightforward. The Neeley Law Firm is the friendliest, most helpful and kindest bankruptcy firm I have ever dealt with. Now, granted this is my first filing but I did a lot of online reviewing and a lot of in-office interviewing before making my decision to hire Neeley Law. I called and was immediately able to have a phone consult. I spoke with Nick Van Vleet who was very helpful and very nice. He listened to my story and concerns and was able to give me appropriate answers. We don't necessarily need to file for bankruptcy so he gave me so tips to take care of things by myself as well as explaining the possible outcomes of them. This was a very pleasant and helpful experience and I highly recommend this law firm.

Everyone at this firm is professional and kind. Deciding to file bankruptcy is a very stressful decision and can be cumbersome at least. I would recommend this firm to any one hands-down, they made me feel extremely comfortable during the entire process and guided me in the way that I needed. My case was a little different and they were prepared to handle it just as hard as they would any one else's case. I am very pleased with my results and they even give you tools to continue on to raise your credit after everything is said and done and it works!!!

I contacted Neely Law Firm for my father to seek advice on a legal issue. I had planned to make an appointment for later in the week. The Neeley Law Firm really go above and beyond when they represent you. My Wife and I had used them for Bankruptcy in 2012. They did an excellent job and were with us every step of the way.
