Bought a condominium from Eastland Home (now called Eastland Partners) in Uxbridge, MA in June of 2018. This development had 66 homes built ranging in price from approximately $320,000 to approximately $391,000. 26 of the homeowners (40%) have reported reoccurring problems and the reply from the builder is that the issues are normal and are caused by settling. This is the 5th new home that I have had built since 1987 and had none of these problems in other homes. A detailed mass mailing to the builder was sent and replies were pretty much the same.........this is not covered by warranty. The

I didn't have the exact same issues described in Bill R's review. I purchased a Ridgewood home in Uxbridge from Eastland partners March 2019. I worked with Emily over several months prior. Emily was overall helpful and followed through. Occasionally emails were missed, but I am pleased with the end result. Nick and Dave were also helpful both pre and post closing.

Eastland (homes) Partners home builders are awful to do business with. Specifically, their representative Emily. Tried to purchase a home at Ridgewood Estates in Uxbridge MA. She has no idea what she is talking about regarding home construction and business. Continually cancels meetings then blames the buyer for delaying progress. When posed with questions she is unable to answer she backs out of the deal and afterward raises the price of the home. She is a total PoS who can not deal with people more intelligent than her, which is most people.

My home is in the final phases in Crosswinds. I had a few minor concerns that I had emailed to my realtor yesterday. I was extremely pleasantly surprised when I drove by my home and Jason came out and flagged me down to let me know that everything had already been taken care of! It's wonderful when someone takes the time out of their crazy busy schedule to reassure you! Thank you Jason!!!
