This company is a complete scam i used my insurance to pay for roadside assistance they sent out a bogus eta lied to my insurance that they came out and never showed up as i was there the whole just trying to collect scam money what a bunch of creole and the dispatcher is absolutely rude and trashy

Unprofessional 100%, drivers doesn't answer the phone at all. They transported my car today and they took 2 hours to transport it within 18 miles. It is ridiculous that companies like this still operating.

Even though it's hard to not have a negative attitude when your car is towed, the staff was actually nice and cordial. I try not to blame people for doing a job that has nothing to do with them personally. With that said, they only take cash! I wasn't told that and had to go find a bank and I was pressed for time. Don't make the same mistake.

While no one wants to lose a car to an accident; Advantage Towing made it easier. Josh was very nice and proficient. Robert towed one of our vehicles another time to the repair shop; he arrived quickly, promptly loaded the truck and got us on our way in no time. They have a very professional staff. A great AAA partner. Thank you.

On my way to work on 7/12/19, I watched an employee of Advantage Transport roll down his window and deliberately throw out a plastic wrapper at a stop light. This review does not pertain to Advantage's service, but it does show that their employees do not care much about the image of their business or the environment. Not a good look!

Prompt service for a tow. Only problems was drop off! Driver would not back onto grass to drop vehicle, something about owner not wanting to pay for anymore water pipe damage? Only needed back 2 wheels on edge of lawn to accomplish what I needed. So the vehicle was dropped down onto road facing wrong way of divided median! Told driver all we needed to do is turn it around and get it onto my lawn between sidewalk and road! Then a light bulb moment for him occurred, which turned out to be a back ache for me! I had a guy come out today to help me bolt a skid plate back on that was hanging down. Simple fix, but I did not have the tools to do it myself. The guy was rude, and did not have the right tools either (SIMPLE BOLTS AND WASHERS)! My neighbor saw what was going on and gave him the washers. It took him about 15 minutes to put it back on, and when he was done, he rudely said "no tip?". I cannot believe how rude this was, to request a tip for doing something that is part of his JOB. I know that the streets were flooded and I need a tow, but 12 hours later is still was a two hour wait to get a tow from them and my insurance company recommended, the lady I spoke with her tonight was very nice, but the guy that I spoke to in the morning sounded like he smoked some weed and had an I did not care attitude,they told me I can get pick up at 8:30 am - 9:00am and I wait for a hour still no tow truck,I call the tow company back and then the dispatcher told probably going to be a two hour wait. At that time I was mad and I found faster cheaper towing service and I would not recommend

I'm giving them 2 starts because the driver came fast, that's it! The driver came to change a tire without a jack, without any tools what so ever! Omg! It was clear he only wanted to tow my truck and of course charge me for it $$$$. Beware! My insurace send another company and the guy was prepared, like he really like his job, air compressor, electric tools and a huge jack, just like I envisioned it was supposed to be. Charge me 60 ( less than this guys) and I gave him a 20 dollar tip. I wouldn't recommend them

My insurance carrier and roadside assistance company, USAA had Advantage provide a tow when my truck failed to start in a Walmart parking lot. They immediately responded and agreed to do the pickup the following morning when my preferred auto repair shop (Morrisson's) would be open. Again confirmed the next morning and 20 minutes out so I could meet them. Did the hook-up quickly and efficiently despite cramped open space. Delivered without problem.
Note however that they have moved to a South Manhattan address, still in S. Tampa.
