My first SIP hair appointment! I am impressed. They have this whole thing down. I felt super safe. You wait outside until your stylist is ready for ya. At that time your temperature is checked. You fill out a quick form that you're system free and in ya go. Everyone has masks on. Your chair is cleaned before you sit in it. The shampoo bowls/seats are cleaned in between clients. Stylists weren't on top of one another. They really have it set up right.

I made my appointment online with Julianna, I showed up exactly on time, she was saving somebody else in her chair and was doing highlights. I did wait for 10' and then I asked when is my appointment going to start, seeing as it was already 10' into my time. She just turned her back towards me and continued working on the foils.
I left the salon and had my hair done immediately at TRIBEZ, where I have been treated with courtesy and consideration.
On top of that, Jack Thomas salon sent me an invoice, asking me to pay for the appointment that I didn't show up for :)

My wife goes to Donald who does an amazing job with cut, color, etc. She sings his praises. The salon is comfortable and all the people there are very customer oriented. Tea, coffee, water, etc. are available. The atmosphere among the stylists is great . . . there is a friendly cameraderie. She definitely recommends it!

Jill Leach has been my hairstylist for well over a decade. She is thorough, attentive to your needs, listens to what you are looking for, makes great recommendations, and is consistent. I would highly recommend Jack Thomas Salon to everybody who wants to turn heads when they walk into a room. I have been having my hair styled by Donald for over 20 years and I cannot imagine anyone else touching my hair. I love the new salon as it is comfortable and clean and welcoming. Everyone there caters to every customer that walks through the door. I have referred many friends to Donald and all of them are still dedicated customers. Once you experience Jack Thomas you will never go anywhere else, you will not be disappointed.

I've found my favorite stylist Jessica. She's amazing. She used to work in a Danville salon that was nice. But this one is soooo much nicer. I love the atmosphere and the vibe is wonderful. But Jessica is awesome no matter where she is. I had really short hair for over 17 years and she's awesome with my crazy temperamental hair. I decided to grow it out 3 years ago and she's been AMAZING at getting me through the crazy process of a buzz cut to beyond shoulder length. Love her!!

I absolutely love the new salon Donald has opened. I've been going to him for roughly 16 years and have never came home dissapointed!
He is amazing at coloring, I come in every appointment not knowing what I want and he always chooses the best color/style! It's always a great time when I come in to get my hair done and I love spending time with Donald and his crew.

So excited to have the 2 best stylists ever open a salon! I've followed Vicky for years and even travel from LA to get my hair done by her!
The salon is brand new but the owners and stylists aren't. They know what they're doing and listen to the client.
What a gorgeous job they did on the stations and shampoo bowls in the salon! It's so clean and simple; not crammed with stuff for sale and decor. Love love love it!!

I just moved to the area from Portland, Oregon in October and desperately needed my hair done. A girlfriend recommended Vicky at Jack Thomas salon. Let me start this with, I'm super picky about my hair. I mean, it took me till May to schedule something because I wanted to be sure I'd be happy. I texted her and even included pictures of what I wanted, when I was happiest with my hair and what my hair looked like then. I'm sure she wanted to run for the hills after all of this.
