If I could give zero stars i would my car wouldn’t start so I called my roadside assistance and they used this company I’ve been waiting on them for over an hour I called them and they asked what was wrong with the car when I stated I didn’t know they hung up and stop answering the phone I’m not a mechanic how would Ik what wrong with the car they are very unprofessional and have poor customer service skills I wouldn’t recommend this tow company to anyone

I needed roadside assistance and therefore I used my insurance to get me a tow. They provided me this company, I ended up requesting the tow service around 11:30am and they never arrived at the time they said (1:01pm). I called numerous times and no answer, left a voicemail and no call back. I called my insurance at 1:30 and let them know they’re not answering, my insurance ended up calling another company because this company didn’t answer their call either. Horrible way to run a business. Would give them a 0 star rating if possible.

Requested a tow through roadside assistance with Allstate. Waited over 2 hours, and they never came. Calls to them by myself, Allstate roadside services and my Allstate agent all were either ignored or went nowhere.
Allstate got another company and they arrived within 15 minutes.

While I was at work my pregnant girlfriends car wouldn't start. She called AAA and they dispatched Advantage Towing. The service was supposed to be covered by AAA but 10 minutes prior to the tow trucks arrival they call and tell my gf its a $150 charge to get vehicle out of garage. Literally took 2mins to put in neutral and push out. Long story short they towed car to shop...and come to find out, jump started car at shop to get off tow truck smh (got this info from shop) ...why didnt they jump start in our garage??? Anywho...have tried calling them multiple times for refund of $150 and no answer

This company is associated with Esurance. I have been waiting for a tow all day. They called to advise the time they would arrive but did not show. They canceled my service ticket and now no one is available to answer incoming calls. I am filing a complaint with the BBB.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! I had to use this towing company because of my insurance company but this service was absolutely atrocious. They speak to their customers with no respect. They threatened to just abandon my car just because I had a question regarding the equipment they were using.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’m waiting on a tow truck for an hour and a half (stranded btw) the truck pulls up in a parking lot of a school across from the address I gave him. I see him and try to flag him down he just pulls off no call, no text, nothing at all. Did I mention I called 51 times not a single answer.

Zero stars! Waiting over 2 hours for my vehicle to be towed (quoted 45 minutes). First came with a truck that could not remove my car from a city alley (you'd think they would be prepared for that as I told roadside assistance it was in a parking spot in an alley). I have called them multiple times to see if a new truck had been dispatched (they do not even have a professional voice mail, only says please leave a message, not even their business name) with no answer. Cancelling this tow- do better Advantage Towing! Side note: Eddie who showed up with the first truck was very kind- find a better

Couldn't have asked for better service! I was on the side of 94 with a flat tire during rush hour traffic, and help was there within 30 minutes. The driver brought me and my car to the dealership to get serviced. Great conversation which made me forget the situation I was in

I initiated the request for a tow with this company via Buick Roadside assistance beginning at approximately 1:09pm, and was given an estimated arrival time between 2:36pm-2:54pm. I received periodic text messages with information that they are running on time, so I clocked out of work early and sat in my car at 2:45pm. At approximately 3:00pm Roadside assistance phoned me to see if the tow had happened or was in progress, I informed customer service that neither had/is happening. I was then put on a brief hold while Advantage towing Inc was being notified for an update. Roadside service returned

I have towing through Allstate Motor Club. My trans was leaking badly on my driveway & I knew it shouldn't be driven. I have a Buick Riviera which is best with a flatbed tow. I called Allstate roadside services on Friday morning. Joe at Prime Advantage got the call, and he arrived himself within the expected time frame. He discussed the car problem with me, then got it onto the flatbed. He could not have been nicer, and he treated me like I was his favorite relative. Joe's niceness is what put this experience a cut above. He also seemed really to know automobiles. Completely nice

Not sure why this has such bad reviews, but if this company provided bad service in the past they have definitely stepped up their game!! Got a flat and my insurance provider called them around 8 and they arrived within the hour. Most friendly driver and great customer service over the phone. Definitely recommend!

My Honda Accord suffered damage crossing the RR tracks on Racine. Called Honda Roadside service and they sent Prime Advantage Towing. Things seemed to go well until Monday morning when they were to tow my car to Muller Honda, my dealer. After numerous phone calls to Muller, Prime Advantage and Honda Roadside service, the car was first promised to be leaving the city at 3 pm. Then I spoke to the manager at Honda Roadside service at 6 pm and they promised that the car was leaving the city and would get to Muller by 9 when the sales department closed. This business is awful. Booked through BP motor club. Estimated time of 90 minutes at 8:50am. 10:30 call and no answer. 11 call and no answer. Call the motor club back and they try to contact the company on my behalf; no answer. Had to get a new service. If you hear the name through a motor club service, save yourself half a day and request a different company.

Lied to my car's roadside assist program on multiple issues, never called me, never returned my calls and voice message or picked up their company telephone once. Clearly had to cancel the tow and find better service. Surprising that they are used by amex (other review) and BMW, although hopefully not long with BMW.

I actually would not give one start, but zero was not an option. After 6 hours of getting them to jump my car and get it on a flatbed, I find out the next day it was not at the dealer. It finally arrived at 2:30pm. They told me the truck broke down, for the second time, and they could not make it to the dealer the night prior. This was never communicated this to anyone, hence nobody had any idea where the car was. I did not choose them, as they were the contractor for roadside assistance. I have requested they be removed, so other customers do not have to endure the pain of dealing with them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Took them over two hours to get to me when I was quoted forty minutes. When they arrived they told me that the motor club card that referred me to them could not be accepted. They then quoted me one price for towing and billed my card for $100 more than quoted. They are unresponsive to my calls and when they do answer they give me the run around. If you are a woman they will take advantage of you and over charge you.

9:30 am -- "We'll be there in an hour."
10:30 am -- "We'll be there in 15 minutes."
11:30 am -- "We'll be there in 5 minutes."
12:00 pm -- "We're two blocks away, on your street, we'll be there in 5 minutes."
I cancelled the call at 12:30 pm. They showed up at 12:45 pm anyway, after I left.

Screw you, Eddie from Prime Advantage. Don't lie to me about how long it's going to take you to get there.
