Our adventure began last May when we had a surprise opportunity to downsize from our home of 45 years. Doing this without a Realtor presented many challenges. Working with Kollman Group and Travelers Insurance has been the best experience I have ever had. Submitting a recent claim was made very easy for me. Everyone has been so helpful and quick. I received my check within 48 hours of an adjuster visiting my home to take a look at the damage. I will always use Kollman Group and Travelers for my home insurance.

I am 69 years old and have been buying insurance since I was 20.
I was waiting for weeks for the policy to come in the mail. I finally called the company Universal Property and Casualty and was told they did not have any record of receiving the application from the Kollman Group.
I left voicemail messages for the agent and the owner and email both as well. I never heard from them. I called UPC back and the lady told me she tried calling and left a message with no response. She asked me to email the application to her. I did and she processed it.
I changed to a different insurance

Ron was extremely helpful. Originally we were just referred to him to help with our marine insurance. Not only was he very knowledgeable and helped us get our boat policy, he then reviewed our home and auto policies and saved us quite a bit of money. Any questions I have, he is VERY responsive and answers all of my questions. Would highly recommend.
