Bars On Wheels has been Cincinnati's premier beverage catering specialist since 1989 (with recent expansion into the Dayton, Ohio and Columbus, Ohio metro areas). We have serviced thousands of clients in executing their events' beverage needs. We are a complete bartending service, offering everything from a full bar to juice-press cocktails & more.
Note: Under 21 pricing available for $2.95/per person in combination with any package and includes sodas & 'Kiddie' cocktails. Each package represents the most commonly requested brands in each price range and, at times, certain brands may be unavailable. Most importantly, we can customize any package to suit your needs and will be happy to accommodate you.
Our passion for beverage service extends to coffee & tea as we take pride in brewing single origin, freshly roasted coffee (regular and decaf) along with iced or hot tea. Our team of mixologists will create and customize any cocktail you desire.
Suggestions include White or Red Wine Sangria, Mojitos (rum, mint, lime, raw sugar syrup, soda water), Painkillers (rum, coconut, orange, grated nutmeg), and Mimosas (fresh oj, sparkling wine) to name a few.For a distinguishable difference in taste & elegance, select our VIP service and celebrate in style as our staff of professional bartenders hand-squeeze the freshest variety of citrus for all of your cocktails & juices!

Before you book a reservation, you must Check Availability first! A booking form must be submitted and a $100 deposit is also required to reserve your event's date. You can select the Paypal option once the booking form is submitted or mail us a check. For further questions please give us a call at 513-825-7555.
What services do you offer? We are a complete bartending service that provides everything required for your private events' beverage needs. It is our mission to fully relieve you of this concern! What other beers can we choose? As long as we can acquire it, we will serve it. If the selections are more expensive however, we will only charge you the difference in our cost.

I enjoyed our planning calls and that you asked about the group who would be in attendance. Bruce was the best bartender we’ve ever had at an event! He made sure all the guests drinks were full at all times. He paid special attention to the guest of honor by making sure he had his favorite bourbon. The bar looked awesome and it was definitely a big hit with our guests. We will absolutely be using bars on wheels again!

Today’s the first day I’ve had a chance to breathe in. I just wanted to say that the 2 ladies that were sent for the wedding did a FANTASTIC job and were so pleasant. They went above and beyond just pouring drinks from taking pictures for us at the end of the night and replenishing food trays that was not even part of their job. I didn’t want them to go without the recognition that they absolutely deserve. They worked hard to keep the event running smoothly and did it with smiles on their faces even though it was so ungodly hot in the venue. We really appreciate them and everything they did

Excellent communication in planning for our party. The bartender who worked our surprise birthday party was efficient, professional, and very personable. All of the guests I spoke with about the bar service commented how pleased they were with the service and bartender. Will definitely use again when planning a similar large event.

I attended a wedding downtown Cincinnati and they used Bars on Wheels...their service was fast, professional, and the custom bar was really impressive! The owner and 2 other bartenders were good at what they do and I appreciated the specialty mules, old fashioneds, and sangria! They served hand made sour and simple syrups and everything was very clean. I plan to use them for events in the future.

DO NOT book with these people! Their communication is horrible!!!! I booked them last June for my daughter’s wedding which is this May. I paid my $100 deposit to secure the date and thought all was good. The end of March, I reached out because I had heard nothing and the wedding was fast approaching. I sent emails, texts and left messages for both Kyle and Bruce, with no response. 😡 I had no choice but to scramble to find another bartender for our event, and they have been AMAZING!! I finally received a response Bruce(the owner) after a week of trying. He said no one had been in the offices

This was by far the most unprofessional and immature acting vendor. Bars on Wheels were awful with communication, as I would not receive email responses for days after asking them questions, even on the week of the event! During my wedding I had guest come up to me about how the bartender was using profanity to multiple people. They ran out of alcohol, so the second bartender (that we had to pay $175 for) left for over 30 minutes to get more. They were so unprepared they ran out with 2 hours still for my wedding. When I called the owner Bruce, I did not call to ask for a refund, or anything. I
