Your car's AC and heater have Freon and antifreeze flowing through parts of the car for your comfort. I bought tires from Sam’s on 11/02 , was told I needed a wheel alignment. On the following day took my car to Pet boys to get wheel alignment, was there for about 4hrs.I drove home, didn’t notice anything. On the following day my wife said she felt unsafe driving her truck because the steering wheel was tilted to the left. My wife called & they said just bring it in. I arrived at 9:15, didn’t get my car until 5:05pm. I drove the truck home, this time the steering wheel is tilted to the right! My wife made appointment at auto tech, for 7:30am this morning, Mr.Marvin was courteous & very respectful

I had planned to take my car to the dealership for repairs but they kept telling me to drop my car off and I would have to wait almost a week to get it looked at so I called auto tech and they told me to bring my vehicle in. They checked and diagnosed everything within 24 hours and the staff was VERY helpful...

The owner Marvin isn’t professional at all, talk to you very harsh, rude, and hang up in your face. They lied about tearing the vehicle down, we would have had to give authorization to tear down the vehicle. We didn’t give anyone permission to tear down the vehicle. They charge us $75 to release the vehicle claiming it was for a “diagnostic.”
I don’t advise anyone to take your vehicle here at all cost avoid this unprofessional place.

Just before the 4th of July weekend my family an I were traveling when a red light I had never seen lit on my dashboard as we were passing through Atlanta heading south. I took the next exit, pulled over, and checked the owner's manual. All it said was "Call the Dealership immediately." So, I googled a local dealership and could not even get a live person on the line. Another quick google search showed AutoTech was about 800 yards away, so we drove there and explained our dilemma.
Marvin was clearly torn as he had a lot full of vehicles, but clearly wanted to help us while we were stuck traveling

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
They don't honor appointments. I took my Infiniti to them 3 times to diagnoses overheating and they worked on everything except what it took to fix it which was the thermostat. They scheduled me for an oil change a week prior and didn't even bother contacting me of cancelation until i arrived on a BMW. .

Love there service.i was diagnosed from another company that I had a bad lifter.they except car shield so I was going to get the lifter fixed a major job.but they diagnosed showed I had a problem with a spark plug. Which they replaced.so they could of charged me for a lifter job but they didn't.honest people and good quality work..im taking my navigator here for all my future services

Great place to come for auto repair needs Marvin and his staff give the most honest and professional service, I sat there waiting for my truck to get serviced for a check engine light because I needed to pass emissions to renew my plates. While I was there I kind of was listening to Marvin take calls from customers or soon to be customers and his honesty on pricing was astounding he was straight forward and didn’t try to cheat people out of money for services they didn’t need. Adventures in traveling: I drove my truck from Mt Jackson Virginia and one mile from my hotel, my transmission died, couldn't go into 2nd gear and no reverse. Called USAA and they towed my truck to Autotech that night (Monday) I called them Tuesday morning (0730) and they were already working on diagnosing my truck. 2 hours later, they knew what… was wrong, and knew where to get a replacement. At this point I authorized repairs. Marvin ordered a Jasper Transmission from Indiana, Jasper built and shipped transmission to Atlanta and they received it Thursday morning and immediately started
