The owner did a horrible job reaching out to me via phone to keep me updated on a part that was suppose to be ordered for my car. I had to constantly call the shop myself to find out what was going on and was getting unprofessional feedback and support. The owner needs to work on his professionalism and being able to assist customers in a better manner. I was highly disappointed with the professionalism at this place and will never return or recommend this auto shop to anybody!

We arrived in Atlanta and picked up our car from airport parking. The car had a starting problem, so I looked up mechanics and found that Brackets Ratchet was open. After towing the car there, I noticed the premises looked like a junkyard. However, the owner, Richard came out and said he would check it out. The following day, I discovered that Richard, is a wonderful, intelligent mechanic, that fully understands how to fix your vehicle. He was more than fair and generous with his service. We drove 200miles home with no problems. Don't be put off by what's on the outside, just give Brackets Ratchet

Critical: Professionalism
Updated... Go to the dealership. Only the dealership can help you especially on major issue. Went in with one issue came out with another. I will have to got to the dealership to see what the issue is. The worst part was dealing with the owner-Brackets is his Bipolar personality.

Their knowledgeable staff was very professional as well as patient enough to answer questions thoroughly and explain my options...i would definitely recommend using their shop for your automotive service and repair. Being a woman I've had some real hassles trying to get my car fixed so I immediately recognized the difference and appreciated this positive experience.

They are great. Richard the owner is such a professional, kind hearted & concerned person.
I have been working with him for years & no issues. His employees are the same way he is.
They need some help there, they have too much work & not enough workers! I sadly have to find another mechanic shop. They can't hardly look to see whats wrong with your car for too much workload...
