I just went for my biannual cleaning, and I have to say that Smilepoint has really turned things around since the last time I was there. First off, Andrea, their new hygienist, did an amazing job. She really knows her stuff and has great bedside manners.
The receptionist (forgive me, I forget names easily) was also to put to bed some outstanding issues that Smilepoint's call center had been pestering me about for several months.
In the end, I was just about to start looking for another dentist because of poor overall service, but this latest visit and the knowledge, care, and professionalism

This was, by far, the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a medical office (and I'm 44). Each person was kind and present with me, making me feel at ease. A special shout out to Drea, the hygienist--she made me laugh and smile and asked several times during my cleaning if I was doing alright. I've worked in the service industry for 24 years, and I can honestly say the customer service of Smile Point Dental is next level. Thank you all!

I have never felt so cared for in a dentist office. All the staff was respectful, kind and happy. It made for a nice relaxed atmosphere. A special shout out to Tiffany for being right by my side throughout my entire office visit.. Her encouraging words during the procedure were very comforting and helped me to stay calm. She was very patient explaining everything and making sure I understood. Tammy also showed great patience, kindness and a great smile. They both rock! Best dentist office EVER!

I was very pleased with our service at this location. The staff and service was excellent. Thanks to Shayla dental assistant, Tammy Office Manager, Mr. Song dentist and Tasha dental assistant and young lady that helped us with paperwork. Myself and husband and 3 granddaughters will definitely continue going for our routine Office visits and if any emergency surgery needed would definitely recommend. They definitely have great prices and will work with you with a payment plan if needed which is a plus because not to many families have the coverage needed. It's definitely an organized and tidy office

This place is pretty efficient. Dr.Song was very gentle with the water pick which is usually the part that makes me pretty tense and he was very nice about it, asking me if i was okay every so often. Crystal was also a pleasure to have clean my teeth, very nice through out the whole process and gentle on my teeth. Definitely recommend coming here
