Scott & Megan Sherrill purchased Ludger's Catering & Events in November of 2009. Since then, they have enjoyed expanding the business beyond just great food and they are proud to offer their customers a one-stop shop for amazing food, top quality service staff, bartending services, rental coordination, and table/room dcor.
They pride themselves on customizing each event to their client's needs and budgets and in being able to help them to fulfill their vision. Scott and Megan are high school sweethearts that both grew up in Tulsa and have spent their entire working careers in the local food industry, including several high-end restaurants and banquet planning.

Services
Ludger's Catering & Events is fully licensed and insured for your event. We also carry a $1,000,000 Liquor Liability Insurance Policy on your event if we are providing the bar service for you. We offer a variety of food styles. Our culinary trained chefs come from many different backgrounds and can please any palate.

The lady in charge was immediately very rude to the Venue owner. Told her she had no idea the reception was up stairs when we told them more than once that it was. When I told her I heard her say that she immediately changed her tone. The food was cold because they were late coming. When it was time to cut our beautiful wedding cake they took the top off before pictures could be taken. They almost dropped it on the floor. At the end of the ceremony they took the grooms cake, put it in a shallow pan smashed it down with an aluminum lid. They continued doing this to the other three layers of the

From day one, Ludgers stood out to my husband and I purely on their customer service and responsiveness. We were originally between two vendors and before even tasting their food, we knew that we wanted Ludgers purely by their communication and knowledge over the wedding industry in general. Michelle Ramzel was the event specialist assigned to us and honestly I couldn't have picked a more perfect person to work with. Her knowledge on rentals and her attention to detail was a god-send during this stressful time of planning a wedding. Like I'm pretty sure she has angel wings. 10/10 would

Everyone at Ludger's was amazing. We got so many compliments on how delicious the meal was at our wedding reception! They helped with set up and tear down too, making the evening that much less stressful. I would definitely choose Ludger's again for any type of event!

Booking Ludger's was such a great decision for our wedding! Michelle was incredible to work with from the first point of contact. Kind, funny, knowledgeable, and worked around our guest list, menu and budget about a dozen times, since everything kept changing with COVID.
Day-of, I didn't have to stress about a SINGLE THING. Trusted the team to arrive on time, masked up with gloves and sanitizer, and served the guests from the buffet for extra safety. Everyone complimented the food that night, and have brought it up multiple times since the wedding.

Ludger’s catered my backyard wedding and did a wonderful job. The food was excellent (!) and the servers were professional. We worked with Michelle leading up to the wedding. She was very thorough when reviewing everything that we would want and need for our reception. Michelle was very enthusiastic and fun to work with, while also being very organized and professional. The food tasting was very reasonably priced and the food was tasty. I would definitely use Ludger’s again for future events and I highly recommend them to others looking for a caterer!

I recently used Ludger's to cater my son and daughter-in-love's rehearsal dinner. I'm not local to Tulsa so partnering with a caterer who was responsive and attentive to our needs were high priorities. Michelle and Megan at Ludger's Catering exceeded all expectations! I'm admittedly very particular when planning special events. Michelle was knowledgeable, attentive to my requests and needs, and truly went above and beyond. The food was delicious and the staff was fully attentive yet discrete with their presence. I would highly recommend Ludger's Catering without reservation for any event.

Having the best catering services in town is a bold statement!!! but when you can back it up with grade A service, and a plethora of items I can choose from who can argue with my opinion!!!!
Not a day passes that I don't think about saving money, so for catering, it's usually an instant no, Today I learned different. I learned that you don't always have to pay for quality; sometimes it's just a given. You won't regret using their services for sure! I'll use this for every big event I have!!

I have worked with a few brides who have used Ludger's to cater their wedding. They are so great to work with! So professional and courteous. Their goal is to make your wedding or event everything you hoped it could be. And their food is outstanding! They have an extensive menu to choose from and I have never tasted anything that wasn't just top notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer who will go above and beyond.

Megan and Scott are amazing. They are the best people ever!!! I've known them for quite some time now and they cater our company luncheon. Food is always amazing and service is nothing but friendly. If you get a chance to get their catering for a wedding, company luncheon or any private party, you gotta try their brisket! It's about as good as it gets!

WONDERFUL!! We just wrapped up a big open house party for the grand opening of my new dental office in Midtown and I couldn't wait to get home and write this review. First, they did an amazing job with the set up, timeliness, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The servers and bartenders were so extremely professional. Always present but never in the way!
Second, the displays they created with the beverages and food along with the serving pieces they came with were beautiful and much more than I even expected. Third - the food was GREAT and everyone was eating and raving about it all

I can't say enough good things about using Ludger's as our wedding caterer. From our first tasting, to the final product, everything was outstanding! Everyone we talked to at Ludger's throughout the planning process was so helpful. The day of the wedding, as I was walking out to the ceremony, I passed one of the people from Ludger's (I wish I could remember her name!) and mentioned I was hungry because I hadn't eaten lunch. As soon as the ceremony was over, she had appetizers outside and ready for the wedding party while we were waiting for our pictures. It was so thoughtful

Ludger's Catering is my favorite in Tulsa! The staff is very kind, hospitable, and organized. I work with a wedding planner and always love working with Ludger's.
Two of my favorite items on their menu are their pasta salad and meatballs. I was fortunate enough to be sent home with some leftovers, and let me just tell you, all of my friends were very pleased!
Ludger's knows all about great service and good food. They are a top notch choir for your next event's catering needs!!
