Seaport Enhanced (Seaport-e) is a Multiple Award Contract (MAC) vehicle, using a web-based, e-business procurement Portal, to facilitate performance-based service acquisition in 22 functional areas including R&D, Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, and Analysis. The authorized users compete their service requirements amongst 1800+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders.
For over fifty years, K&C has actively worked with the U.S. Government to analyze, design, and test structures exposed to blast and impact loading. This extensive experience allows K&C to develop unique and innovative protective design solutions for both government and private facility owners in the present day.
K&C is a leader in developing and defining realistic threat environments in collaboration with our clients. State-of-the-art physics-based analytical models and access to extensive test data allows K&C to effectively quantify the consequences associated with a diverse range of malicious, extreme and exceedingly rare events, as well as natural phenomena.

I've worked there as an engineer for about 2 years between 2017 and 2019.
This is an excellent company to work for, offering generous compensation and great benefits to their employees (the health insurance plan I picked at the time was truly outstanding). The office accommodations are also some of the best I've experienced.
