They were the plumber that worked with our kitchen contractor. Big mistake! Required constant calling to do the work. Arrived with unlicensed helper. Lefty him to do the work. One Friday the helper broke the pipe valve off. No sink all weekend. Dishwasher installed incorrectly had my own plumber check and fix. Now 6 months later I have a leak under my sink. The whole drain system was not attached correctly, glued PVC not attached. Threads were stripped. Once again hiring my own plumber to redo the work Patriot Mechanical Contracting completed. Should have had this looked at when the dishwasher

5 Stars! Needed my water line from the street to the house replaced. The owner, Bryan, called back the same day (how many plumbers do that?) and delivered an estimate that was very reasonable. He filed the paperwork and showed up when promised. He and his hardworking crew completed the job on time. Definitely recommend Patriot Mechanical!

I called patriot Mechanical they fixed a problem I had with the pipes clogging . I had called several companies and they could not fix the problem. Patriot quickly analyzed what the problem was and they did an amazing job. They guaranty their work. They are very professional. The owner himself came to see what the problem was and he then sent one of his employees to do the job. I am so happy with the work they did. I highly recommend this company. The owner is such a nice guy.

Crew was simply amazing! They came on time as scheduled on both days were very pleasant and professional. They fixed a major pipe that flooded our basement and did a thorough investigation to determine the root cause. They not only communicated with me every step of the way but also answered my calls after hours and spoke to third parties (water company) on our behalf. We’ve had some rude and unpleasant plumbers before so we refused to call them with this emergency. Luckily we found Patriot Mechanical that day! They should receive negative stars but by default had to choose 1 Star . When working as a contractor for American Home Shield, they showed up once.. did nothing and then scheduled and rescheduled ... or rather I had to call to reschedule ..for almost 2 months .. sometimes not showing up for appt they scheduled and unable to reach them for a simple job that should take less than 20 min to repair. Complete scam artists when working with the Hone Warranty Company. I was charged when nothing was done except wasting my time and causing aggravation. I'm reporting them to the BBB. A plumbing backup led to a call to my plumber, which led in turn to have the line snaked, after which it was discovered I needed to replace an old cast iron pipe in the yard. I searched Angie's List and received a call immediately from Brian. He was able to come out the same day and assess the work needed. Two days later he was here exactly when he said he would be, and completed the work when he said he would. Excellent communication and results. Would hire again.
