A family owned company that has been operating since 1990. We perform a variety of plumbing and heating services in both residential and commercial settings. We provide an honest evaluation for every job and offer as many options as possible to the customer. As a result we have developed strong working relationships over nearly 30 years.

We continue to serve the northern NJ area. We install the highest quality boilers and water heaters. We can provide almost any brand upon request, and will reccomend brands/manufacturers that we feel best meet your needs. We have a multitude of experience and have completed an extensive array of renovations, and additions, as well as new homes.

We were using another plumber for years yet still having the same problem with heat not working every fall. Joe came and spent hours here looking for the source of the problem instead of just a bandaid and has completely fixed the root cause of our issue, which no one could find or would take the time to figure out for us. On top of that he has great response times, very professional and very personable. Highly recommend!!!!!

Very strange experience with Reliance. Recommended by a neighbor, called to fix a water heater not producing enough hot water. Joe promptly answered initial call, came out to look at the job. Nice enough guy. Indicated that it needed to be replaced and would get a quote in a couple of days. Never heard back. Left several messages and txt. I just don't understand why companies come out and then disappear. Be up front if you don't want the job, don't leave people hanging.

Heat stop working in the middle of the night, called them in the morning and they came in promptly that afternoon. They quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the faulty piece. Polite, quick, reasonably priced, what more do you want?
