Do NOT trust these guys!! We had a rental car that needed to be towed. The rental car company hired M2 to pick up the vehicle from in front of our house and tow it to their shop. The keys were left IN THE VEHICLE for them. The rental car company handled the whole transaction and I never had any communication with M2. All they had to do was pick up the car and tow it away. Instead, they show up at our house, ring the doorbell, open the glass door, knock on the front door, and then TRY THE FRONT DOOR!!! Who the hell does that?!?! My wife was sleeping and the kids thought someone was trying

I google wrecker service and call several including M2. I waited on them for three hours and no show. I called and i cash app them $160. They still haven’t arrived so I called them and the guy said the wrecker was in McKinney Texas and was on it’s way. Another hour passed no wrecker. So i tried to call them to let them know the wrecker still haven’t arrived, they wouldn’t answer phone. So I called from someone else phone and he answer. He got a attitude when i told him he scam me and i want my money back. I stopped payment through cash app and my bank. I will not recommend them .

The owner with M2 towing was able to send Stephen out very quickly. Due to the icy weather in the DFW area, it would have been at least three hours or more before someone was able to help. Stephen was there within hour, as the owner quoted, and was able to get my brother's car out of a very dangerous situation. Stephen was professional, cautious, and wanted to make sure we were safe, which speaks volumes. I would definitely call on them again, and would ask for Stephen.

Unfortunately, I was stuck on the side of the road car issues, luckily m2 towing came very handy, tow truck driver Stephen was great help, he helped me out as much as he could didn't treat my like another customer, he treated me like a family member in need. Constantly looking out for my safety. Great experience other than my car issues but all around great experience I would definitely recommend.

Matthew Bland was dispatched to tow our vehicle. After a long day of work and being stressed about the break down. Matt cracked a joke and made me laugh. Matt also had a taco that he didn’t eat in his vehicle he offered it to me along with a nice cold bottle of water. Not only does Matt have a great personality. He treats customers cars as they are his own. I can personally say that M2 towing needs to keep this man at what ever cost. Thank you Matt for the taco and bottle of water. Jesus loves you!!!!!

Stephen was very patient working with us! I live in GP and the car was in Plano, and the keys were not where they were supposed to be 😔 He was patient enough while I called my mom to get him the keys, and he brought us the car at the time he said he would! Punctual and friendly! Highly recommend!!!

Top notch service and integrity. My vehicle was in a very narrow spot with cars on both sides. The ball joint had broke and the right wheel was no longer supporting front end, of my car.
Richard McCarver, the professional driver/operator for M2, took the extra time and had the patience to come up with a solution to loading my Cadillac on his truck, without damageing the fender and frt end.
Those 15 minutes and Richard's patience and expert abillity saved my car and me from hundreds and hundreds of dollars of additional damage.
M2's Superior attitude by dispatch (Gary), prompt on time

Very very disappointing service. The tower was taking my car off the ramp and he took off the straps and my entire car falls off the ramp while elevated !!!! The car hit the ground so hard while the ramp was still 9-10" off the ground, now I have a huge dent in my front bumper, to make it worse the guy doesn't even offer to pay for damages or just not charge for the service. HE STILL CHARGED ME AFTER MY CAR FELL OFF HIS RAMP AND HIT THE GROUND FULL FORCE, I will never use this service again and recommend you don't.

You don't know you need a towing company until you NEED a towing company. And that's exactly what happened to me. Luckily my repair shop recommended M2 Towing when my wife's Honda SUV broke down and needed to be fixed. I had tried to call several other towing companies and either got the "can you hold"....(10min) or the outrageous price quote to come out and pick up because it was after hours.
Enter M2 Towing who quoted me a $85 hook up fee and a per mile charge there after. That's it! They came out, hooked up and got my wife's vehicle to the shop in a flash
