Services
A $25.00 per month pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A $150.00 per pet non-refundable fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

I love living here. The units are nice. It's peaceful. The neighbors are friendly. I enjoy the fitness room. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the laundry room is always filthy. I know maintenance is respondible for maintaining it However, I can't put the blame solely on management. I put it on the inconsiderate tenants that leave it that way. They don't clean up after themselves. I find dryer sheets all over the floor. The lint filters aren't cleaned after use. There is spilled detergent and fabric softener on the washers. I don't understand how people can be so dirty. Come on people.

They refuse to clear driveways and sidewalks when it snow or has ice. My husband fell and got hurt. Wonder if they would like to be sued for injuries. We deliver newspapers here and they need to get working and clear the snow and lay salt. Come on there's quite a few elderly people who live at this place too.

Watched a veteran calmly file a compliant to a bus driver and be approached by the bullies parents. remaining calm even tho the bullies dad was screaming the veteran was banned from the property. bbb file has been created. dcfs file started for underage smoking by the bullies. I'm sure they feel good banning veterans who gave in the right to do what they do. no worries a boosted post going viral all over fb won't help this place at all. Anti Veteran stay away. section 8 violations with employees smoking near the door.

Nice apartments. The office people are great to talk to/work with. The only downfalls are the maintenance guys Can be very uncivil at times (ex. Way too much noise right outside or above the apartments in the morning without informing or asking if it is a good time. Degrading/talking down towards myself and my wife. Along with many other things.) The other downfall is the lawn care could be better. Our little yard out front is very thin.

Absolutely LOVE living here! It's like a small community where the neighbors and staff are very friendly and helpful! The location Is perfect, the amenities are great and the apartments are very nice! If you have a question or need something done, management gets back to you quickly and has any task done that day or the next day at the latest. I will always recommend these apartments!
