Moving from Joliet to Elliott Manor in Morris 3 years ago has been a blessing. The building is very well maintained and the maintenance staff is more than knowledgeable and problems are addressed in quick order. The job of Office Manager is a daunting one. Our office manager's door is always open and she listens and helps with whatever we need. Listening to over 100 peoples problems and demands is not easy. She does it with grace and professionalism. The problems come in when people believe they are the only ones living here. How our office staff deals with the day to day living for us all is beyond

I moved in Elliott Manor in January of 2019. I chose to move here because of all the wonderful things I had heard of EM. I found the management staff to be very welcoming, accommodating and friendly. The maintenance staff maintains the building and grounds very well. I enjoy the monthly potluck dinners and other activities that are provided by this facility.

I love EM. I have had the pleasure of living here for the past three years. My apartment is lovely, and the staff here is wonderful. The building and grounds are very well maintained. The maintenance staff is helpful and very courteous. Janice, the manager could not be nicer. Always cheerful, helpful, and competent. I’m so glad to have found this place where I feel safe and secure.

The people that live here are very welcoming and so nice! We come to visit my husband's grandma. But today my husband was loading his grandma's wheel chair into our car and a shorter lady, I'm assuming whoever is in charge, rudely yelled at my husband and said he was in the service area but there was nobody there. It was dead quiet, and he said he would move and she rudely yelled at him to move again but he was loading the wheel chair into the trunk and said he would move as soon as he was done! I think kindness and professionalism are very important! I believe she may need to be talked to or trained

I am a caregiver for a client and a lady by the name of Janice came up to me while I was servicing a client and was accusing me of smoking in the ladies appartment, nor do I even smoke because of health issues, but still went on about it in a very rude Manor and then was asking me questions about my client. If I could I'd give this place a 0. The next time she's rude to me while I'm trying to help someone I won't be to friendly about it. Do something about this. Thanks
