Treatment approach designed to get you better in the least amount of time and visits as possible. An integrative approach to physical therapy means that I don't just look at the injury or pain, I look at the whole person. When selecting a treatment approach, I take into account your daily regimen, treatment goals and the specific circumstances surrounding your pain.
Not every treatment technique or modality fits every person. Two people can have the same exact injury, but require a totally different treatment regimen to get better. After a comprehensive evaluation, your treatment approach will be based on you-who you are, your lifestyle, and what you specifically need to get accelerated results.

Services
Sessions are one-on-one, so just you and Dr. Tiffany Shipp every time. Physician referrals are accepted, but not necessary. Dr. Shipp uses a variety of techniques and approaches in her treatments. Your treatment will depend upon your specific problem, goals for therapy, and which techniques you are comfortable receiving.
All sessions are hands-on, comprehensive, and interactive. Your treatment will be skilled, effective, and specific to your individual needs. Due to the level of personalization and targeted treatments, you should experience improvement after every session. The average number of sessions required for full symptom resolution varies depending upon a variety of factors, but usually ranges 1-4 visits total.
When I've gone to physical therapy in the past, I went for 2-3 sessions per week for 8 weeks. How can I afford physical therapy with you when you don't take insurance?. Typically when you go to physical therapy clinics that accept insurance, you pay a $25-$50 deductible per session and get billed a coinsurance later.
