P3 provides high quality evidence-based care for those currently suffering from musculoskeletal pain during daily activities, general movements or specific lifts. The evaluation offers a detailed hands-on examination including subjective history, differential diagnosis, range of motion testing, strength testing, prognosis, education and a targeted home exercise program.
Corrective Exercise is a treatment technique that utilizes positions and movement to isolate weak areas of the body. Weakness is rarely due to a muscle shrinking in size, but is more commonly seen as a result of pain in nearby tissue. Pain reduces the function and strength in the surrounding muscles.
Joint Manipulation is a type of passive movement of a joint, using high velocity, low amplitude (HVLA) maneuvers that oftentimes produce a popping sound within a joint. The technique is used to target stiff and painful joints which are contributing to the "cause" of injury in order to achieve a therapeutic effect.
Dry Needling (DN) is a treatment technique that utilizes thin mono-filament needles to treat myofascial trigger points in muscles. Myofascial trigger points are taught bands in muscle or knots that refer pain locally and/or other areas of the body. These muscle knots contribute to pain, limit joint mobility, decrease muscle flexibility and lower muscle function.

After 6 months of activity-limiting back pain I finally decided to get some professional therapy. I didn’t want to hear about aging, degenerative discs, pain management, injections or surgeries…. P3 was exactly what I was hoping for. Cody patiently and very accurately over a couple visits assessed a combination of factors that were causing pain and limiting my mobility. Over 5 or 6 treatment sessions we worked on strengthening the areas I needed to be able to resume running and achieve my immediate goal of being able to run again without pain. Cody and Dr Junak gave me the direction and tools

I honestly cannot say enough good about these guys. I had debilitating vertigo and was referred to a physical therapist. Through a friend of a friend, I found these guys, and thank God I did. Dr. Junak interviewed me over the phone and instantly knew what was wrong and how to help. They were able to get me in that night with Cody. Cody called my PCP the next morning to get me started on the necessary meds. Not only did he call my PCP, but he followed up with me to let me know he had and check in on my symptoms. He was so encouraging and gave me hope when I literally felt helpless. For reference

Dr. Junak was awesome! I felt educated about my condition as I was being treated. Left all my appointments feeling empowered and inspired to get healthy.
Andrew is such a personable dude always answered all my questions thoroughly and without hesitation. He definitely knows his stuff. Never told me I couldn’t exercise during rehab just helped me understand ways to modify and keep getting stronger. I could see and feel the results after just a couple weeks of working with him which was a relief because I had been dealing with pain for months. What I thought was just a rotator cuff issue turned

Dr. Junak simply put is amazing. You may be questioning if physical therapy is worth it or if you should just wait it out. Well, physical therapy, especially with Dr. Junak is 100% worth it.
I injured my back while squatting. I could barely move or sit in a normal chair until seeing Dr. Junak. Within days he had me able to sit for longer periods of time and had me back in the gym moving (lightly) again. Within a month I was back to lifting 90% of my max lifts before injuring myself. I was ecstatic as I thought this was going to be at least 3 or more month before I was even able to lift.

Dr. Drew is the best of the best! I went to him after some injuries related to working out. I was on muscle relaxers & some other medications for pain when I started seeing him. Fast forward to the end of our treatment plan & I am no longer on any muscle relaxers or pain medications and feel awesome. He is super knowledgeable & educated on the reasons WHY the issues you have are occurring and not just masking it. 100% recommend, you will not regret it!

I had a great experience when I was treated for vertigo at P3. I had been suffering for over a week without any relief when I found this practice online. After talking to Drew on the phone, I felt confident that he could help me. After one treatment, my vertigo was gone and I felt much better. I’m glad I found P3 online and am happy to recommend this practice to others.

I had knee surgery and doc said I would be fine in 4 to 6 weeks. Doc sent me to "his PT". Well, I saw a physical therapist once, for 10 minutes, the I felt like I was pawned off to a young kid who was following a rigid manual vs treating me, an adult athlete. I was frustrated, still in pain, and couldn't do a basic wt. Bearing squat. I was compensating for pain and that caused ankle and hip issues.
I was referred to Andrew who laid out a treatment plan. At first, I was like "man this is going to be expensive since it is out of network" expensive is a relative term.
I saw Andrew for six treatment
