Give a signed statement to the claims adjuster representing the other driver's insurance company. Take your car to a shop specified by your insurance agent or to any drive-in claims center for inspection. Accept a check for repair of your car until you are confident that it covers all necessary repairs.

Took 2017 Kia Sedona in due to hail damage to get fixed when my wife and I got it back it wasn'tfully fixed plus there were scratches all over the body some dents from the hail was still there with extra and even though we have lots of photos of it before we took it in they are still trying to say my wife and I caused the damage. It was and is very unprofessional. Also we dropped it off with a half tank of gas and got it back with less than a quarter tank of gas. I think they use customer's vehicles as personal transportation cars.

I have always gotten courteous service from all of the employees here. They have given me reasons to trust them in their assessments of my vehicles. They have been honest with me when things need to be fixed and when they do not. I have never felt overcharged when they service my cars. I am very pleased with their attempt to repair my car as quickly as feasible. I will be returning to them for future service.

They were recommended to me by my brother in law, so I took my vehicle there for a collision repair estimate. They took pictures and looked it over while I filled out their form. They said they would get back to me in a day or two with an estimate. Never heard from them again. Either they couldn't find parts and didn't bother to tell me, or they just forgot all about me. Either way, not very professional and I will certainly tell my BIL not to recommend them anymore.

I hit a deer in my 2013 Ram 1500. Wright Way was recommended to me and I went with the recommendation. I am glad I did. They fixed the grille and bumper to look as good as new. Then they went the extra mile and vacuumed out the interior. The truck looks great. I will do all of my business with Wright Way.
They also provided easy estimates and a fast check out process. Their staff updated my wife and I with progress along the way.

I can't say I love going to Wright Way because it usually means I have a problem with my truck! I will say that when I do, I love the experience! They are so knowledgeable and friendly that it takes the sting out of spending money! I have had great service from the body repair and the service sides of their business!

We took our deisel truck to have a diagnosis done and then have it fixed. We had this truck to them on a Tuesday morning 8am sharp, it is now Friday at the close of business and they have done a minimal amount of checking which they have admitted because they haven't had the properly trained technician available to spend any time on it. But instead of calling and keeping us updated, we have had to call to find out any news, which we keep getting vague and unclear answers as to what is really wrong. It was determined that a compression check was needed on Wednesday and as of Friday 5pm, it
