I starting coming here a few years ago based on a recommendation from my aunt. I’ve never looked back. These guys take care of you and your car. The first time I needed them to figure out what exactly was even wrong with my car because I couldn’t even make a guess. They took a couple days to even diagnose the issue from being super thorough to make sure that was it. Pricing is always great without trying to constantly up sell parts to you. Gene and all the others at Don and Joe’s are amazing. I’m a single woman, and they have never treated me like I couldn’t possibly understand what they are saying. They are very honest. I’ve gone in for some thing that I thought was a very expensive problem, but they let me know that what I thought was going on wasn’t actually the problem - it was actually one that was much less expensive.
I do have to make an appointment for things like oil changes, but they are so much less expensive than the chain places, and they don’t try to up-sell you on parts or services that are unnecessary
