The service at the store was good and the carpet was ok but they are very lazy. I ordered carpet in June and they never sent me an invoice but they emailed my SPAM folder for 6 months where they informed me they where going to put in collection. My phone number is on the invoice but no calls in 6 months, that is super lazy of them. they could hurt my credit if they sent me to a collections company. if you want good carpet go to them but make sure you check you SPAM folder and call them about payments because they don't care about getting paid.

We recently had a tile floor installed in our mudroom and a small demo project that Carpet USA did for us. Couldn't be happier with the final results.

Carpet USA is fantastic! My wife and I were moving to the area with a limited amount of time to get new carpet picked out and installed prior to having a house full of stuff. We really wanted to capitalize on the empty house, and we received outstanding service.
Heidi was very knowledgeable about the types of carpet and made some recommendations after asking a few basic questions. She helped us pick out some color samples and after looking at them in our home, we ended up going with the one that she suggested over the few that we were looking at on our own! Thank you, Heidi!

Everything about Carpet USA is great! This is the third time we have used them in the three homes we've owned. Their customer service and knowledge is top of the line. The quality of the carpet and pad is as good as it gets and they don't try to upsell you. The installers were respectful of our home, and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with this daunting task.

Recently had them install Pergo Extreme vinyl plank flooring in most of our house. We were a little uneasy about it because of the higher cost but they answered all of our questions and as you can see they did a great job. A couple of plank ends separated slightly after install but they came back and easily fixed them. This is a great local place to work with! 👍

In this, the time of COVID and quarantine we were expecting problems getting new carpet installed. Especially with our budgetary restrictions.
We met with Bjorn and explained our situation and asked how we could fit new living room carpet into our budget. Bjorn was sympathetic to our situation and gave us several options to help.
With a time and date planned for installation we did a little prep work ourselves the day before. The installers arrived on time, two Hispanic gentlemen who I regret not getting their names, but they were fantastic! Because I am immune system suppressed I was impressed

Carpet USA gave me the easiest carpet replacing experience. I had a month time frame of when needed it installed. I was so discouraged shopping around because nothing I like was not in stock, or backed up with install.
Carpet USA had three carpets that I liked in stock. They came and did an estimate and had it installed in a day. The estimate gentleman was easy to ask questions and work with. We had a couple come in and do all the install in a day. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond.
Also, their pricing was affordable and install prices was very reasonable.
