Mike Marling of Marling Management helped me sell my commercial property in Lake Villa, Ill., quickly, efficiently, and with no stress at all. This is the WORSE management company to use or go through!
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go with this company.
It has been a headache and a half since i moved out of one of their units.
First off, here is my particular scenario: I was informed a few months ago that the unit i had been renting for almost 2 years would be put on the market to be sold. I made the decision to look for another place to rent out at the end of my lease. Marling Management had a realtor come to evaluate the house to see what it was worth and stated the owners want top dollar, Side note: The unit has 3 floors of carpeting
